On My Way to Fox News

For my usual Monday morning appearance at about 10:20am ET (7:20am PT). Looks like we'll be discussing illegal immigration. Frist, btw, is saying he will be pushing for a bill to be ready on Friday for the president with a guest worker program.

George Allen, on the other hand, says he's against the guest worker plan, and will work against it. I think we may be seeing shades of the the 2008 Republican fight.

Saw you on Fox news Tammy, superb I must say. Again you spoke so well and I loved the way you stuck it to the man at the end. He seems to be a smartaleck at times but only makes a fool of himself. I do like George Allen. I voted for him for Governor here in Virginia and I also voted for him for Senator. I believe he has done a teriffic job in both. I'd love to see him in charge of this immigration mess.

Hey Tammy, I got to see you this morning too! Your new outfit looked great. Nice color. I second what Carpediem said. It seems very strange when Jim makes his pointed "Well, Tammy...." remarks. I loved it when you completely talked over him, he deserved it. You handled it great---though I believe I saw a little smoke cloud forming around your head. :o)

I have to make another comment about the immigration issue. (This is from my Dad) Last week on Hannity's radio show, Lindsey Graham let the Republican cat of the bag. He said (I'm paraphrasing of course) ---We need them so we will be able to compete in this global economy. We have to be able to compete with nations like China---

So we need to be more like China!! Lots of cheap slave labor for corporations to use while the gov't gets a big cut.

It makes me sick...literally. The Republicans are not just going along to get along, but they are actively in favor of creating a new slave class... so we can be like China!

They obviously belive our standard of living is too high, and they're doing something about it.
