Iran Wins at the UN

Only one person is laughing these days, and you can bet it's not Bolton or Rice

The UN Security Council, the dutiful puppy of terrorists and tyrants worldwide (courtesy of freaks Russia and China), has excitedly jumped up in Ahmadinejad's lap, giving him exactly what he wanted--another uninterrupted month of planning to wipe Israel off the face of the map.

Ever since the world learned of Iran's nuclear efforts and it's enrichment of uranium, the U.S. has demanded they stop immediately. And over and over again Iran gave the world the Middle Finger Salute.

The latest absurdity is Iran's strange timetable of being able to respond to the EU demands that they stop enrichment. They said they would "respond" at the end of August. We kept saying that wasn't good enough.

Now apparently it is. Iran wins another one as the UN has just passed another Strongly Worded Letter Resolution threatening nothing, but demanding (we demand it!) Iran stop enriching uranium by August 31. Now I'm not exactly the fastest person on Earth, but even I know that it takes a split second to stop something, not 32 days. You are probably as sure as I am that Iran will do exactly as they're told.

Even Ahmadinejad has the UN's number, calling their resolutions "meaningless." He's right. All it serves to do is slow down, if not stop, the decent world's response to genocidal Jew-hating Islamists.

The vote, btw, was 14-1. Guess who cast the lone dissenting vote--a nation which holds one of the revolving seats on the Council, the home of al-Jazeera and one of our "allies" in the WoT--Qatar. Apparently they must think Iran should have all the time it needs to get the bomb.

I'm sorry, I was wrong The Resolution does threaten Iran with something if they don't obey. The UN Security Council will meet again and talk about it. I'm sure Ahmadinejad is shaking in his jackboots right now. We've never been down this road before, have we?

We should send John Kerry over there to straighten Iran out since he's so capable..Not!!

The UN will just keep scolding Iran until they use the bomb to try and destroy Israel...even then, they still won't know how to handle them...but Israel does, the last few weeks is proof of that...

The UN is a complete joke. Everytime I see Kofi (the Nigerian Scammer) talking, I keep thinking, and he is in charge of the asylum? God help us. The UN isn't going to do anything about Iran because Kofi and his family have probably already been paid off. This is the most worthless organization in the World (second only to the ACLU). The UN runs on money, you have to pay to play. If you want a resolution from the UN you have to slip a lot of money under the table to Kofi and his people. France, China, and Russia are the kingpins of the fine art of the underhand deal. You have so much money flying under the table at the UN it would make Big Al Capone proud.
