Fox News on Tuesday

As I was filling in for Laura yesteray, my Fox appearance for this week has been moved to this morning. I can tell you it will be either at 10:20 or 10:30am ET (don't know which segment yet), but I have no idea what the subject is. We can be sure, however, that it will be soemthing about the politics of the day. Perhaps the impact of the retreat of Israel (horrible) on our political scene, or the continuing Lieberman/Lamont issue. Sometimes they surprise me. We'll see. :)

Hope you can tune in.

I am amazed by the number of seemingly intelligent people who don't get it when it comes to the war on terrorism. Tammy gets it. It's good versus evil, insane fascists versus peace and freedom loving people in the west. It's a fight for human rights and economical freedom. Tammy was dead on right, Bush went halfway and then got cold feet. The fight against terror must be won, losing cannot be an option. I thought World War Inevitable was under way in Lebenon, but cold feet got in the way...again. Sadly,we'll just have to wait until the fight comes home to us.

Actually, I don't see the current UN-deligated ceasefire agreement as a defeat for Israel. Granted, it didn’t work last time with Resolution 1559 so I’m skeptical, as is the rest of the world I’m sure. But, I do think this time there is more of a seriousness about it, considering the urgency of resolving the crisis and all the nations on board. I hate to say this, but the conflict needed to happen to get the world's attention which I think will work to Israels advantage. It will be interesting to see who breaks the peace truce (and we all know who will). THE good news is that the world’s watching, so whoever does, there won’t be any mistaking the bad guy.

My favorite was Krookie Annan's comment:

With tough language in remarks before the vote, Annan said hundreds of millions of people around the world shared his frustration that the council had taken so long to act. That inaction has "badly shaken the world's faith in its authority and integrity," he said.

And just what would he say about resolution 1559?

One last mention. Something VERY VERY DERANGED and SCARY. Did any of you see photos from the recent muslim "Religion of Peace" demonstration in Europe??? Please, google it, and be prepared to be sick...

Saw you on Fox News and I certainly agree with you.
I think Pres Bush has given up to the extent that maybe he wants to complete what we've gotten into but he's not willing to go the extra step to attack terrorism where it exists.

This was not a UN cease fire resolution that Israel agreed to, it was a 'US mandated on Israel'one.
We were about to abandon Israel if they didn't go along so they didn't have a choice.

Tom said above:"Actually, I don't see the current UN-deligated ceasefire agreement as a defeat for Israel. Granted, it didn’t work last time with Resolution 1559"
Well, actually I agree with him. I see it as a defeat for the US.
