Mike Wallace Hearts Ahmadinejad

wallaceandpal.jpg

Mike Wallace Saying Something the Terrorist Finds Amusing

If anyone thinks CBS's bias is just against President Bush and not against this nation in general, CBS apparently wants to disabuse you of that notion right away. Case in point, they're all giddy about their "exclusive" interview with Iran's Terrorist-in-Chief, "President" Ahmadinejad.

And Mike Wallace, well, I think he's in love.

Of Ahmadinejad, Wallace said, "He's an impressive fellow, this guy. He really is. He's obviously smart as hell."

Wallace said he was surprised to find that the Iranian president was still a college professor who taught a graduate-level course.

"You'll find him an interesting man," he said. "I expected more of a firebrand. I don't think he has the slightest doubt about how he feels ... about the American administration and the Zionist state. He comes across as more rational than I had expected.

Hmm, the "Zionist State"? Those are Wallace's words, mind you. And he found the man who has said he will wipe Israel off the face of the map "rational." It speaks volumes that Mike Wallace has nicer things to say about Iran's Jew-hating genocidal Islamist maniac than he does about President Bush.

I suppose they thought they would be giving a platform to Ahmadinejad, but it seems like we've learned a heck of a lot more about Wallace, CBS and Viacom than we ever imagined we would. It airs Sunday, and I'll be watching and you can bet I'll have plenty to say on Monday's Laura Ingraham show. I bet you will, too :)

When I see something like this, all I can think of is how humiliating this must be for poor Chris Wallace to have to witness. Mike should just hang it up already.

And Tammy, I heard you subbing for Laura today, and you were terrific! :)

Quoting the late Dr. Richard Balffe of Loras College "to an American an intellectual is anyone who agrees with me".
There are a lot of Americans who need to wake up and smell the enemy. This group includes black people who think that the Democratic parties interest are their interest (even anonymous1s).

The reason the Iranian President wanted CBS to do the interview was because he knew he would only receive softball questions from CBS, and he would be able to spew any propaganda he wanted without the slightest bit of resistance from CBS. So Mike Wallace believes he is a rational human being, well for a "news" organization that puts on forged government documents just before an election to sway the outcome, that revelation from Wallace shows would kind of "journalist" he represents. No Mr. Wallace, he is not a rational human being, he is a nutcake and if you cannot figure that one out I have some Time Shares in Beruit I would like to sell you.

Posted by: SteveOk [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 9, 2006 08:30 PM

Once again, CBS cannot see the forest for the trees! Wallace, Rather, just about anyone there, are just losers who are so inadequate that they want all the rest of us in America to be the same!

Posted by: linda [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 9, 2006 08:51 PM

I just don't get it. What exactly do you say to a national leader who has announced his intention to perpetrate genocide, and whose deeds appear to match his words? The concept of an "interview" is vulgar and absurd.

Posted by: Talkin Horse [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 10, 2006 12:56 AM

I made my own suggestions for questions I would have liked to have been asked (but probably weren't)

Two examples (there's more if you follow the link above)

Pres., those mind clouding hair rays that emanate from women above the age of six, is their any certain shampoo a female can use to lessen this effect?

Pres., what's the best way to execute homosexuals, hanging, stoning, or pressing under weights?

Trinity ... you are so right about Chris Wallace and how he must view this. Check this out:

This piece is more than 8 months old ... but Chris saw things clearly.

How can people STILL have doubts about what CBS (and a majority of the MSM) agenda is? As Tammy pointed out during yesterday's Laura Ingraham fill-in, there was no Blogosphere to counter-act the undermining of our troops and thier mission that "Uncle Walter" drummed into our living rooms night after night during the Vietnam conflict. Apparently, CBS - more than most others - never learns...nor does it appear they care to.

Posted by: PeteRFNY [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 10, 2006 06:11 AM

CBS is the worst example of the MSM gone nuts. Their reputation is in tatters and their remedy for low ratings on the evening news is Katie Couric?

"Rather" than putting a bandaid (Katie) on a malignant tumor (the CBS agenda), they might want to try a more fundamental approach. Perhaps shedding their "agenda driven coverage" would be a start. When Charles at LGF exposed their attempt to influence the election with the phony Bush story in 2004, CBS' decline was accelerated. And they still don't get it!

Posted by: ConnecticutBruce [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 10, 2006 06:23 AM

What kind of sniviling and fawning did CBS and Mike Wallace have to do to get to interveiw this fruitcake?

Posted by: St. Thor [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 10, 2006 07:28 AM

The caption reads "Mike Wallace Saying Something the Terrorist Finds Amusing". I believe what Ahmadinejad found amusing was what idiots Mike Wallace, the liberal American media and left-wingers in this great country of ours are.

Posted by: Mr. G [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 10, 2006 08:12 AM

Maybe Old Mike can make himself useful before he dies. Ask to go back because he needs to ask the runt 1-2 more questions for his piece.

have someone slip a GPS chip into a personal gift that he gives to the iranian hitler.

then send some smart bombs for a "fly over"

Posted by: ConnecticutBruce [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 10, 2006 08:18 AM

Hey ConnecticutBruce,

That last comment of yours is the best idea I've read. Just make sure that Old Mike is with him when we drop that bomb.

Posted by: BEF [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 10, 2006 09:45 AM

Thanks BEF ... if we do it your way, we can do a story on how collateral damage is a sad fact of war and unfortunately Mike was a victim ;)

Posted by: ConnecticutBruce [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 10, 2006 10:12 AM

Ah, he is a "smart guy", "impressive". If Mike was interviewing a Nazi who held the same radical views that the Big A has he would not be wondering whether he was University trained or not, it would simply be his offensive views that Mike would focus on, correctly so. But since he is an enemy of President Bush MW feels the need to qualify his evil by giving A's intellectual bona fides.

Mike doesn't seem to grasp the basic fact that evil often comes from "smart" people. He doesn't grasp the difference between intellect and wisdom. And the fact that he parrots the racist buzz word of "Zionist" state shows how co-opted Wallace is. If he had the opportunity to interview Hitler would he have repeated the blood purity and backstaaber lingo of the Himmler? Disgusting.

Posted by: Kevin Peters [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 10, 2006 06:35 PM

Kevin Peters gives Mike Wallace too much credit. In his current senility, Wallace would really kiss up to Hitler and Stalin.

Posted by: St. Thor [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 11, 2006 06:15 AM

I was reading one of the quotes from AhMADinejad that I found amusing: "today is the era of thoughts, dialogues, and cultural exchanges". HUH? Is this after he destroys Israel from the face of the earth (and America too)? The fact that CBS allowed this monster to spew his egomaniacal blather to the world is a shame to CBS. The proud station of the famous Eward R. Murrow is now a joke.

Posted by: SteveOk [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 11, 2006 05:29 PM

So Mike Wallace believes that this lunatic is smart and impressive as h***. The President of Iran has said repeatedly since late last year that he is going to blow Israel off the map, and has implied that he is going to use nuclear weapons, and Mr. Wallace thinks he is rational.

If anyone out there wants to know the truth of what is happening, you need to read "Jerusalem Countdown" by John Hagee. We are seeing Bible prophecy explode in the Middle East.

As for Mike Wallace, if he really believes that the current war on the fascists who want to rid the world of God's Chosen People is wrong, and thinks that a nutcase who WANTS to carry this out is "rational", well, it says alot about the sad state of the Left in this country.

Posted by: Gettysburg [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 12, 2006 08:02 AM

Mike Wallass is what the Bolsheviks used to refer as "A Useful Idiot".

Posted by: Rich B [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 14, 2006 12:18 AM

I heard Sean Hannity interview Wallace a few days ago. Wallace has always had an anti Israel animus to rival the late Peter Jennings.
