Arrest Made in Colo. Dragging Death
Sandi Berg placed white flowers at a makeshift memorial where the victim of a gruesome dragging death had been found, grateful that a suspect was arrested after his photo was found at the crime scene but wondering who the victim was…The woman, whose strangled and battered body was found Monday in a subdivision about 20 miles south of Denver, had still not been identified Thursday. Preliminary autopsy results indicated she died of asphyxiation and head injuries from the dragging,
Nancy Foley, who lives near the house where the body was found, said the woman was found with an orange tow rope around her neck and that her face was unrecognizable. Investigators said she had been dragged for at least a mile….
At a court appearance Wednesday afternoon, Rubi-Nava listened impassively through a translator as District Judge Paul A. King formally told him the charge he faces…Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Carl Rusnok said agents believe Rubi-Nava is an illegal immigrant from Mexico and were trying to confirm his identity.
Deputies and residents had described a grisly trail of blood more than a mile long leading from Interstate 25 to the woman’s body.
Scum. And the Mexicans want us to extradite Dog the Bounty Hunter back to Mexico because he dared to capture a rapist on their soil, and this is the trash they send to us? Unbelievable.
This may work. Build a moat along the entire Mexico/US border. Take the sand from the moat and re-enforce the levees on the Gulf Coast. Take the over-abundance of alligators in Florida and put them in the moat. Guess who can do the work?
How many of us must suffer and/or die before our elected officials are willing to secure the southern border of our soverign nation? Rubi-Nava and those like him should *&^% themelves and go to …. uh, Mexico.
This is just the beginning of this type of pond scum that will surface now that they don’t need to worry so much about getting busted for being here illegally.
Well, here we are! Until we (as a nation) UNITE and stand up to this type of behavior. We need to keep bringing and firing all we can back at the “Liberals” who defend these criminals. We must protect OUR country!

Thank God at least one of the two Houses in Congress has people with both brains and guts. That house being the “Lower House” or House of Representatives. They passed several War on Terror related security bills today; that will make it harder for these criminals to get in to do us harm. Unfortunately they will all die in the “Upper House” or Senate. But at least the House will, and has, prevented Bush, Teddy, McCain et. al. from pardoning 12,000,000 criminals. Many of whom are just like Jose.
I left out the fact that 19 of the 21 Muslims who did 911 to America were illegal aliens. Had the bills Passed by the House been law in ’00 911 probably would not have happened; and if it did there would have been far fewer Muslims so there would have been far fewer American maimed and killed.
Speaking of trash from other nations, I note there is a call to boycott Citgo gas (Malkin, Captain’s Quarters, etc). Chavez calls a US President “a devil” and his nation supplies all the gas for Citgo. Sorry for the diversion, but trash is trash and hopefully many bloggers will pick up this and encourage their readers to boycott Citgo.
