Murdered nun asked forgiveness for killers as she lay dying, colleagues say

NAIROBI, Kenya: Sister Leonella, a nun who devoted her life to helping the sick in volatile regions of Africa, used to joke that there was a bullet with her name engraved on it in Somalia. When the bullet came, she used her last breaths to forgive those responsible.

"I forgive, I forgive," she whispered in her native Italian just before she died, the Rev. Maloba Wesonga told The Associated Press at the nun's memorial mass in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, on Monday.

Sister Leonella's execution-style murder over the weekend has raised concerns that she and other foreigners who have been killed in Somalia recently are victims of growing Islamic radicalism in the country.

Raised concerns? And after this the English paper running the story only uses the word "radicalism" to describe this barbaric terrorism. It's a story like this which truly illustrates why we fight, and must push back those who would surrender.

And while she asked for her killers to be forgiven, that's God's business. I have not forgiven them, nor will I.

God rest Leonella's soul.

What the Pope said about Muslims spreading their religion by the sword is true, and the violent Muslim protests prove it!

It is telling how Muslims manage to protest LOUDLY and violently when Islam is merely criticized, but there is SILENCE from those same Muslims when it comes to Muslims speaking out against violence perpetrated by Muslim terrorists. Their silence means agreement with terrorist acts against the West, I think!

In many Muslim countries, it is illegal to leave their religion or to promote a different religion. They gladly and heartily enforce those laws. Islam is not spreading so fast because people love it, it is spreading so fast because the choice is often to either join or die.

Appeasing Muslim terrorists is like appeasing the Nazis before WWII started. Learn from history or repeat it. They will not stop because everybody is nice to them. They will only stop when everybody is a Muslim, or subservient to Muslims, or dead.

Thomas More was correct that silence means assent, legally. The failure of Muslims to shout in outrage against the violent insanity of the Muslim fascists is direct proof that Isalm is a "religion" of violence and death.
