When the Policeman Says...

"Get out of the car or I am going to taser you," I would get off the phone and out of the car.

And why is it always the arrogant a**holes who think rules don't apply to them that end up whining like little girls when they get tasered? Huh? And there's also a special lesson in the title of this video, "Know when to shut up."

UPDATE:

This is just priceless. I've linked to the extended video so you can see exactly how uncoorperative this woman was from the beginning. Which is why I happen to find this video especially funny and satisfying. What do you expect--I'm Italian. And don't miss the policeman noting at the end that he's been tasered before and it's not as bad as her moans and groans would indicate. Yes, Virginia, the rules are for you, too. Sheesh.

When given a choice of obeying or being Tasered, choose wisely!

I dunno how those officers managed to get through that without laughing but my hat's off to them.

All that carrying on at the end . . . yeah it hurt. Tasers aren't designed to tickle! Stow the attitude and get out of the car next time. I guarantee there will be some claim of "misconduct," though.

From memory of the police report in actual case that went through my courtroom:

Defendant stated, "I'm a boxer dog, none of y'all pigs can take me one-on-one." I then deployed my Taser X-26 to the Defendant's mid-section. After a standard five-second burst, I again requested his compliance, to which Defendant responded...

Ah, but I just remembered this is a "family blog," so I can't really give you the punchline. Suffice to say it was highly obscene, although extremely amusing.

We've done too good a job at nerfing life. Yesterday at the park I watched a woman hovering over her toddler boy, keeping an eye on his toddler leash, and making sure he came to no harm. One of the worst cases of child abuse I've ever seen.

If that boy grows up he is going to have so many problems it aint even funny. He won't know how to handle disappoint, set backs, or failure. He won't know how to interact with people. He most certainly won't understand that there are consequences for your actions. All because mom was always there to to save him from himself.

I remember a line by this comic. He was talking about his son sticking his finger on a hot burner. The line was, "Bet you aint gonna do that again."

Let our kids make the small mistakes. So when they're grownup they'll have enough sense to avoid making the big mistakes.

Seems that Tammy is assuming those moans and groans were from pain. But there are other possibilities.

Sometimes when you go out of you way to make trouble you find it.
