May Isis Curse the Atkins Diet

I mention Isis because I really don't want to bother God with this. Last time I checked, he was busy rolling around on the floor laughing hysterically at that big, fat joke he played on us on Tuesday. I think we amuse him.

In the meantime, I call for a curse on the Atkins and the South Beach Diets, not because I'm on them, but because I'm sure they have, in part, contributed to a tragedy that no decent person, or their town, should ever have to face.

Tammy, you need to get out more. Take walks and visit the neighbors. If you have a dog, take him for walks. If you don't have a dog, get one. Basic exercise gear would also help, but nothing fancy.

Good hard work is another great way for reducing weight, and it does wonders for bone density.

But, don't take the cell phone. You don't need to be accessible all the time.

Hey Tammy! Ok I need to comment on what I see as world events going in a biblical direction. I don't see God as being amused at our misfortunes...but He is allowing things to happen,for a reason. Let me explain...biblical prophesy tells us that there is a huge battle that is coming to this world,called Armageddon,and Israel will be at the center of it. In fact,it will be the CAUSE of it. The bible specificaly mentions a few of the nations that will be involved,including Persia(Iran),Russia,Libya etc. These nations will all come against Israel for the purpose of destroying her(wiping her off the map) once and for all. The bible never mentions the America,per se,but it does tell us that when all these nations are gathered in Israel to destroy it,Jesus himself will return,to save it from destruction.This implies that no one will come to Israel's defense during Armageddon,except Jesus. So I am wondering where America will be at that time,and why it won't defend Israel. My guess is that our government will either be unable or unwilling to come to her defense. If the Dems remain in control for the foreseeable future,or,worse yet,put a Dem president in office AND hold both the House and the Senate,I can easily see how this country would refuse to help Israel in it's hour of need.Especially when you consider how soured America is on getting involved in other nations' business. Another scenario would be that the Muslims have joined our government(see Keith Ellison) in such numbers that we would not just refuse to help Israel,we might even JOIN the horde that threatens them! So in my opinion,this election thumping makes alot of sense,although it makes me sick to see it happen. I will continue to vote Republican and do everything I can to support them but it won't suprise me if our next president is a Dem...or a Republican who thinks like them.
