Guerillas are moving into Somalia in hopes of consolidating and expanding their stronghold. It is VERY IMPORTANT that the West not allow this to happen, or we'll be back to pre-9/11 vulnerability. However, the US military is stretched thin at the moment, working to tame Afghanistan and Iraq, and to stand ready for trouble with Iran.
