Pope "Prays Like Muslims" Toward Mecca

Gee, do you think that might tell them that seething, murderous rage works? It achieved the leader of the Catholic world to 'pray like a Muslim,' and it even got him to reverse his position regarding their entry into the EU.

Not a bad score for a guy who you've threaten to slaughter like a pig. And who had to be driven around your country in an armored car, as he wore a bullet proof vest under his own vestments.

Yeah, the Murderous Rage approach works. And, consequently, it won't stop anytime soon.

But at least now the Pope is praying like a Muslim. I'll sure sleep better tonight, won't you?

How is it that the Pope, as the representitive of Christ on Earth, has just submitted to Mohammed?? Outrageous.

Will this be reciprocal? Shouldn't someone in al-qaeda, or louis farrakhan now pray to Jesus for forgiveness for their barbarian ways? Forgiveness for promoting hate, racism and murder; for threatening to kill all Jews and Americans? I will not be holding my breath. Still can't believe the Pope did this. Would have preferred to see and hear him threaten some Holy Fire and Wrath of God, against the TRUE infidels and non-believers, muslims, instead of groveling before the heathens and their false prophet.

Actually, I think this may be a fiendishly clever move on the part of the Pope. Having now “prayed like a Muslim” for the benefit of all to see, he will no doubt be sending invitations to Ahmadinejad, Assad, and the rest of those keee-razy Middle East cut-ups to reciprocate by coming to the Vatican to “pray like a Christian”. Upon receiving the invitations the whole gang will instantly die laughing, which will solve a lot of problems for us. Maybe this is the West’s version of Monty Python’s Funniest Joke In The World. I mean, it has to be a joke, right? Right?

The word “compromise” has no equivalent in the Arabic language. It’s usually translated as “half-way solution” and has a negative association with weakness, submission and defeat. Languages reflect a way of thinking. The idea of compromise comes from Western philosophy. The Islamofascists are at war with Western civilization. We’re committing suicide by continuing to stand on high ground when our adversary is planning to shove us over the edge.

Benedict is no John Paul II ...

John Paul II had moral courage and and an iron will. Benedict isn't even close.

It's sad to see how Pope Benedict behaved towards the Muslims, bowing towards Mecca,as if he were one of them. And all it took was the mere THREAT of further violence over the Pope's quoting of a historical figure. Well, let me quote someone else:
--------------------------------------------------
10. But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
11. For it is written,
As I live, saith the Lord,
every knee shall bow to me,
and every tongue shall confess to God.

12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. Romans Chapter 14 verse 10
-------------------------------------------------

.....ALL people will one day acknowledge Christ as Lord, including Christians,Jews AND Muslims.

Thanks,Tammy, for a platform to voice my opinion.

Neither this pope nor any pope is "the representative of Christ on Earth". Christ has come and He is the only priest anyone needs. Those who are called into new life by Him have Christ alone as the only high priest needed - or accepted by God the Father.

I do not judge the pope's standing with the Lord nor his motives. But he is NOT "the representative of Christ on Earth" for this Christian.

It is obvious that the current Pope has no backbone or integrity. He has done nothing to apologize for and certainly should not cave into their demands! I like the previous Pope much better!
