I will be on Fox News this morning for my usual 10:20am ET (7:20am PT) segment with Bob Beckel. The topic will be the possibility of Congress cutting funds for the war. I, as you can imagine, will have some choice words for actions of this Democrat Congress that continue to embolden and inspire the enemy. The war is not popular not because we don't want to be there, but because we want to take decisive action and win, sooner than later. Clearly, Democrats simply don't to win, they prefer the agenda of Jihad Jane and Code Pink. Why? Because it would hurt Republicans. The fact that it would hurt this nation doesn't matter to them. That's how self-obsessed and disconnected this nihilistic crowd has become.

Loved the "drunk date" analogy and the perceived message the Dems think they got via the November elections. And you are so right Tammy. The most important fight for the Dems is against Conservatives at home--not the war in Iraq or the global war on terror. They see the world as revolving around them and seem to be totally oblivious to the consequences of their current actions.

To think we aren't even out of January yet. These next two years are going to be awfully tough to tolerate unless our leaders take off the gloves and put America--and Americans--first.

The American troops fighting our war in the middle east, need a U.S. Congress with backbone and resolve to watch their back. The congress "we the people" gave them, with the last election,is not that kind of congress. Those troops "over there", have sacrificed an awful lot fighting an enemy which none of us understands yet. Now, our newly elected congress is going to show those troops our appreciation for all they have sacrificed ,for us, by withdrawing funding. What are we going to do, send them into Baghdad with guns but no ammo, or maybe ammo belts, but no guns, or maybe nancy and hillary would like to just take away their bullet proof vests-they really don't look that fashionable, after all. Those troops are in a really unenviable position, between a rock and a hard place....suicide bombers in front of them and the U.S. congress behind them.
