Good News: Robin Wright and Sean Penn Divorcing

His reputation regarding his treatment of women has never been good. I've watched that beautiful woman's face change through their marriage, and it wasn't a glow of happiness. Now their children are in their mid-teens, perhaps she finally felt she could get out with the least amount of harm to their children.

Good for her. At dinner tonight, have a toast to her future without that MalNar Ball-and-Chain Sean Penn.

Sean Penn and wife Robin Wright Penn are divorcing, their rep, Mara Buxbaum, confirms to PEOPLE exclusively. No other details were immediately available. The couple, who've been married 11 years, have two children together, Hopper Jack, 14, and Dylan Frances, 16.

Oh, Defamer has what they say may be video of their break-up fight. Hmmm....

I do not take delight in the dissolution of anyone's marriage. I see marriage as a sacred bond; its break is a spiritual wound.

Sean Penn once dumped his fiancee (one of my favorite actresses)Elizabeth McGovern for Madonna - which shows you he was a jerk. Penn is a great actor and so is Robin Wright, I am happy for her sake that she is jettisoning his Marxist, violent ass!

By the way Sean Penn despite his face of Ireland mug, is half Jewish, his father Leo Penn was a neo Communist (proving the apple does not fall far from the tree). It did not stop him from sucking up to the genocidal Iranians.

Gee...I hate to see poor Sean so lonely. Perhaps we can find him a new main sqeeze.

Here are some suggestions:

1. Lorena Bobbitt. Just the kind of girl Sean deserves!

2. Crystal Gail Mangum. Ditto!

3. Hillary Clinton. No, scratch that - rumor has it she is deeply in love with herself.

4. Madonna. Call me a sentimental old goat, but somehow the two just deserve each other.

5. Rosie O'Donnell. She is crazier than he is and is built like a firehydrant. I also suspect that if he wanted to go ten round with her she would beat the snot out of him.

I think some confuse the intention of God's Word w/ their own ideas. There is nothing in the Bible that says a woman should stay with a man who is abusive. No woman should be a doormat for ANYONE. I find women who stay in abusive relationships suffer more than spiritual wounds and their children suffer, too.

Whatever reasons are behind the Penn/Wright divorce, one only has to look at Penn's past relationships to see what has made the current break-up possible. For a man who preaches to others about 'peace' and 'non-violence', he has little peace in his own life and is known for his violence toward others.

I wish Robin well in her path to independence from this creep.

Artgal, you are right on, all counts. It is sad to see Robin's demeaner so down but Tammy's right, the result of 11 yrs with a jerk. And it's not like she couldn't have known what he was like. His escapades were all over the news. Many women have made the same mistake she did, hers is just publicized for the world. I remember her as the lovely Jenny in Forest Gump. Seems her charactor's lack of smarts was played out in her real life. Sad. But I wish her God's Speed in recovery from the failed relationship. May she find a man with Forest's charactor and integrity.

Unfortunately, it's true. In his genius, Sean is a tormented man and his torment is often expressed in anger, disregard, and abrupt dismissal. He is bored with the status quo and obsessed and enraged with what he considers injustice.

Robin is also very intelligent and bored with the status quo and hurt by injustice. This is probably why she was attracted to Sean.

Having lived close to them, I saw them often in local restaurants and stores. It was not a picture of love. I would suspect that she tolerated bad treatment, making excuses to her self, for about nine years.

It's hard to understand why a man, if you're married to Kidman and she loves you, why you would screw around with a Penelope, or why you would leave Jennifer for the torture of a Jolie, or how you could possibly disrespect Robin.

But Penn's behavior isn't just the result of torment because it's exactly the way Alec Baldwin/Jim Lampley/Stephan Belefonte treat there wives. Marxism devalues individuals except the Marxist elite which all these guys think they belong to. Their treatment of women is just their Marxism on display, and likely why they were attracted to it in the first place.

I can't have too much sympathy for her. IIRC, he didn't even marry her until after she'd had 2 kids by him & she had some kind of health crisis. She knew what she was getting & seems to be every bit the leftist that he is. Narcissist+Narcissist=Divorce
