Cindy McCain in Vogue

cindyvogue.jpg

**Bumped up for the weekend Tammy Radio crowd**

Yippee. Please let McCain not screw this up. And they better inoculate/prepare her for what the "progressive, feminist, tolerant" liberals are going to try to do to her. Cindy is one of McCain's great strengths. We know she is, and so do the Soros gestapos.

In the meantime, the WaPo has coverage suggesting throughout its article that Cindy is stiff and must somehow prove she isn't a Stepford Wife. Last time I checked, the fashion leather she seems to prefer indicates she's not quite the "buttoned-up political" type the WaPo infers.

So, let's enjoy the one spouse who deserves to be in, and of whom we can be proud to have in, the White House. And she looks pretty damn good in jeans on a chaise. I'm just sayin'.

Yeah, she does look nice. And I do hope that McCain doesn't screw it up. But with his dem buddies he may full well screw it up.

Cindy McCain in her interview with Jay Leno a few weeks ago seemed to be a gracious and modest woman. What a huge contrast with Michelle Obama. She races drift cars, is a pilot, and just seems like an all around interesting person.

I must admit that I've been immune to the Cindy McCain hotness, mainly due to my partiality to brunettes and not liking her hair up, but this photo is definitely a winner.

She sure could make the next four years a helluva lot easier to take.

Assuming that Barry is the nominee, I think that the choice of first ladies will play a greater role in this particular election than it usually does. Michelle Obama is even more divisive than Hillary. Cindy, on the other hand, is all too likeable.

If I can be a total guy here......
If a septuagenarian like the senator can keep the woman in that photo content then there's NO issue to be made of his age.

I was a pharmacist at the pharmacy the McCains used when they lived in Tempe. Cindy was always arrogant and disdainful of the pharmacy employees. What you see is what she and the campaign managers want you to see, not the private persona.

...the WaPo has coverage suggesting throughout its article that Cindy is stiff and must somehow prove she isn't a Stepford Wife.

I wonder ... will He Whose Middle Name Must Not Be Mentioned rush to the defense of Cindy McCain? Or will His servants in the MSM go into full attack mode like they did against Hilly the Hun's spouse in South Carolina?

Just a modest question from an embittered distraction-obsessed G*d-and-guns-clinging typical white person (born in Pennsylvania, too).

I agree, Tammy. She is stunningly beautiful. Indeed, may he NOT screw this up. She would be a gracious First Lady. And great to watch...yessireebob...

Cindy McCain is breathtakingly lovely and yet so much more than a pretty face. I've thought so ever since 2000.

To me, her oft-overlooked asset is that she's a beer gal. I'd like to have a beer with her and her daughter, Meghan.

Here's a Chicago Tribune article about her from April. Sorry, no pictures but it does describe something she wears.

Each day on the campaign trail, McCain has worn her Blue Star pin — a replica of the Blue Star flag—worn by mothers of children who are on active duty in theater. She alternated a second pin, wearing a USMC or a Navy pin for the military branches her sons serve in.
She's a classy lady, compassionate and strong. She'd make a fantastic First Lady.

I've always been far more impressed w/Cindy than her spouse, & have often wondered, 'What does she see in him?'.

As for her hubby screwing things up...for me, he already has:

http://tinyurl.com/5uehz4

"But we must enact comprehensive immigration reform. We must make it a top agenda item if we don’t do it before, and we probably won’t, a little straight talk, as of January 2009."

There's now no way I'll ever vote for him in the general. But to each his/her own...
