The day after inauguration day, 44% of Americans “Strongly Approved” of The One. Today, that number is at just 38%. Even more telling is the astounding 11-point increase in the percentage of Americans who “Strongly Disapprove” of Obambi–from just 16% on January 21 to a whopping 27% today.
His overall approval rating is still good when compared to Bush’s gutter numbers, but even those have changed dramatically. From a remarkable 69% Approval/28% Disapproval spread in early January, after four short weeks of being rankly clueless and self-obsessed, Barkey has plunged an astounding double-digits on both counts–58% Approve/40% Disapprove as of today.
