President Reagan’s speech in support of Barry Goldwater remains an inspiration today as we fight the internal Leftist enemy. Our choice is still, do we retreat or fight? I think you know the answer.

“But the German government plans to set such tough conditions for taking in detainees that it will be almost impossible for a prisoner to fulfill them, SPIEGEL has learned. “

Amazing hypocrisy here. World wanted the terrible, abusive, lying US of A to close this horrendous detention center of torture on these poor “innocent” victims that GWB so wrongly incarcerated but yet, they have no room for these totally innocent “victims”. Where is THEIR compassion for these innocent, productive “victims”? That’s right, the same countries that clamored for the release of these “terrorists” now set ridiculous conditions for them to be allowed into THEIR country. Oh the staggering levels of idiocy. I fear the USA may be forced to accept them, thanks nObama. Can it get even more ridiculous? YES IT CAN!

Government intervention…dictating to private companies. The CEO’s of our country have fallen victim to the democrats vilification machine.

It’s all about PERCEPTION…

“Dodd argued that the restrictions were critical to gaining public support for more funding for the ailing financial sector, saying that the perception that executives were getting rich on bailout money would be an impediment.”

I really enjoy it when you sub for Laura; it gives you a broader audience, one you so deserve. But more than that, much like that one fellow said who called in, it opens up and “allows” people to think like they want, to know someone is out there gathering us together, that we have others like us, we are not alone in our conclusions. Most people, like your caller, do not have time to diddle away speculating on whether or not everyone should do this or that, to behave like the community, to let the village raise the family. People work and work hard, and many of them are finding they are conservative, not Republican or Democrat. But this Stimulus has many conservative people in this country READING the elements of the bill; I haven’t met too many liberals who know the details, they just refer to it as something warm and fuzzy, feel good helping hand (and we have alot of them here in Maryland). That you for sharing the Paglia eye-opener. I am sure she will be raked over the coals, not listened to.

I Love Camille Paglia. I’d just like to grab her, bend her back slightly and plant a wet juicy where it would do the most good. She reminds me of my late aunt who was a music professor and also BTW, Tammy.

“Talk radio is a shared experience… it’s is the voice of the common man…not the result of big money.” That should be carved in stone.

I love it when you put up videos of Reagan’s speeches, Tammy. It always brings a few tears to my eyes because his words are so beautiful and unfortunately, we have such the opposite right now leading this great nation. Obama is such a disgraceful pile of nothing compared to Reagan – and I’m calling him a disgraceful pile of nothing because what I really would like to call him I can’t say on this blog.

Thanks for reminding us to keep on fighting the good fight!

We now live in a country Hell bent on the idea of committing suicide because the drivers think it’s more fun speeding with our our closed.
OH, and, by the way, they’ll jump off in time. They usually do. It’s what makes them ’superior’. You and I won’t.

First our wallet now our First Amendment Rights.

And the communists are more than likely going to go after the Second Amendment too, after they’re done destroying the First.

I only have 3 guns. I wish I had so many that I would need a damn moving truck to turn them all in!

I remember Camille Paglia was one of the most enthusiastic Sarah supporters in America — but she voted for Barky. She has the ability to be so clear on many topics, so right, and still be a lefty. Hard to figure. And the U.S.S. Cole mom – there will be a lot of people like her, the I made a mistake in voting for him crowd. My favorite news of the day – Bill “I-never-had-sex-with-that-woman” Clinton, is saying “Don’t blame me” for the economic crisis. Just once, I would like to see this guy take responsibility for something! Someone should write a book titled, “Narscissists and the Decline of America.” The Clintons, Obamas, Pelosi – all would be lead characters.

Many thanks for posting that snippet of Reagan’s speech. Powerful, concise, and truthful.
