Arpaio calls resignation demands ‘ridiculous’
The resignation demands came Tuesday from the Rev. Al Sharpton, president of the national Action Network, and Bertha Lewis, CEO and chief organizer of the social activist group ACORN. They accused Arpaio of racial profiling in his enforcement of immigration laws. Sharpton said Arpaio is carrying out “a reign of terror” with alleged civil and human rights violations.

On Fox News this morning, the Sheriff replied to what he calls Sharpton’s “vomit”. He wonders why all this is happening within the first days of the Obama administration when he’s been following these legal law enforcement practices for three years.

May I remind Al Sharpton that nothing Sheriff Arpaio is doing constitutes racial profiling.
Say, if my memory serves me well, wasn’t Al Sharpton admittedly implicated in wiping dog feces on a 14 year old black child ( Tawana Brawley ), and then blaming it on white police officers?
