Maybe torture was helpful, says Gibbs

Ann Coulter’s mom passed away last week. She has a very moving piece about it up on her site. Send her prayers and good vibes.

What prompts a panic and a travel advisory re Mexico? Not thousands of people murdered, many by getting the heads cut off by drug cartels, but 7 people sick with the flu.

Macintosh botnet on the march

What? Some sort of a $400 tax cut we got from Urkel is not going to expire. So let’s see, $5 billion more for the collapsing car companies so the auto workers unions will limp along, and $900 million for Hamas gets implemented, but a $400 tax cut for us is just too much. Yeah.

    I suppose it would be too much of a stretch to consider the disease factor into immigration control. It was being done ages ago lest contagious deseases like TB, influenza and the like were carried into the US. (Frankly – Living time bombs.)
    Some PC fetishist or ethical pigmy in the AG’s office would probably grant “medical refugee” status.
    I can just see it now;
    “Illegal immigrant, awaiting deportation on drug and weapons charges, was released to his Westport, Connecticut, neighborhood as his claim of discrimination based on his state of health was upheld. “DHS Spokesperson, Penelope Hyphen-Hyphen stated that clinical matters would henceforth be referred to the Secretary of Health and Human Services who has a broader interpretation of her budget.”

    Agree totally about Ann’s post about her mother. Fantastic.

    In other news: Governor Palin’s legal defense fund is now up and running.

    http://www.AlaskaFundTrust.com

    It’s the most transparent, stringent, and honest defense fund ever created. Go to the site and read all the docs and pdfs, including the comparisons to other politicians’ defense funds. Great stuff.

    Tells you everything you need to know about who Sarah Palin is and how she sees government.

    That was a moving tribute to her mother. Personally, I’ve always liked Ann Coulter, even when she’s hanging out there a bit. A genius, who contributes much to conservativism in America.

    Certainly not the woman Charles Grodan characterized the other night on Hannity ( he asked Sean Hannity if he was having an affair with Coulter ). Pretty disgusting stuff. Makes me wonder why Grodan is suddenly on the opinion news cable circuit.

    Tammy,

    Thank you for being you. We need you to help defend America

    Seriously, what rock did Grodin crawl out from under after so many years out of the spotlight? Once upon he was a reasonable enough liberal, but now he’s absolute hardcore far-left loon.
