The media turned this into: (Time Magazine) “Is Al Gore Too Smart for the Job?” (of president). Gore is just what the lefties like. He is a tall person with a good voice, a strong speaking style, and an interior of mush with a gooey center. Obama is exactly the same, so was Carter. Soros and Move-on would have pulled his strings just like they are doing with Obama.

So Gore, in order to remain in the game, must fulfill his role as a usefull idiot. That roll is to lie through his teeth and press “climate change” to the max. It’s all about enormous taxation, and negative growth, which is the goal of the left. Cap and trade, plus carbon taxes will extract hundreds of billions out of the economy each year. Building materials will sky-rocket. Cement, the key ingredient in concrete is cooked limestone. That generates enormous ammounts of CO2, not so much from the gas kiln, but from the limestone itself. The alternative? build with cut stone! Yeah, that’ll happen. All materials and all transportation modes are going to get extremely expensive under this regime. Mobility of society will be constrained, — another goal of the left.
