Surprise! Conservatives Are More Easily Disgusted

Angela Merkel is apparently not so impressed with King Uh.

Here’s King Uh discovering his ancient portrait in the Great Pyramid. Because, as we know, everything is about Him.

Dick Cheney now has higher approval ratings than Nancy Pelosi. Good news about the judgement of our fellow Americans. But check out Gallup’s spin in the title: Cheney and Pelosi Have Poor Ratings in Common Hahahaha!

Another day, another “czar” appointed by Obama creating mini-Gestapos wherever he goes, and unanswerable to congress.

Word to Merkel: We’re not impressed with that twit either!

I can’t help but think O’s visit to Buchenwald was nothing more than an opportunity to check out the space & make sure everything still works…just sayin’.

    Integrity is essential to respectability.
An overt willingness to compromise denotes a lack thereof.
What kind of leader do you want?

Gallup Reporter Lydia Saad concludes thus:

After President Obama, Pelosi and Cheney are arguably the next most prominent political figures active in the two major parties today. Both have attracted significant news coverage in the mainstream press this year, most recently for their positions on the government’s interrogation policies for suspected terrorists.

This may be true, but Saad misses an enormous distinction between the two: Cheney is out of power; personally, I couldn’t care less whether he came out of the woodwork or not.

By stark contrast, Nancy Pelosi is in power; indeed, she occupies the third most imporant office in the nation. Talk about scary!

As I noted in my previous post, Thomas Sowell pointed out a similar distinction between Rush Limbaugh and Sonia Sotomayor:

Whatever you may think about [Limbaugh's] choice of words, those words and the ideas behind them do not change the law of the land. The words and actions of Supreme Court justices do. Anyone who doesn’t like what Rush Limbaugh says can simply turn off the radio or change the station. But you cannot escape the consequences of Supreme Court decisions. Nor will your children or grandchildren.

Love your show, Tammy! Keep up the good work.

Okay-thanks Tammy, now I’m dying for a donut.

I went to the Krispy Kreme site and I swear! I could smell them. Wow, the power of suggestion…

Wouldn’t be too much of helicopter jump up the Rhein to visit some US Troops in hospitals in Germany as their Commander-in-Chief.
It would be another chance to show his…another chance to..
    Oh, but they’re military.

    National Donut Day?

    Woo-hoo!

How may I get an autographed Snuffy Bruce?

  9. Shawmut says:

Well, I guess I erred on my calculating that he’s snub US Troops in Germany. I expect ot hear it wqas not disclosed because of “security”. After all, it’s always what serves him. I guess the best hypocrisies have yet to be witnessed. Now a service funeral or two, and an announcement of repeal of DADT for “Pride Week”.
Somehow, I can’t free myself of seeing everything he does as bebing other than cold-blooded cynacism.

I followed a link above that took me to Breitbart.com where I saw a great Gov. Palin quote that I paste below:
“We need to be aware of the creation of a fearful population, and fearful lawmakers, being led to believe that big government is the answer, to bail out the private sector, because then government gets to get in there and control it. And mark my words, this is going to be next, I fear, bail out next debt-ridden states. Then government gets to get in there and control the people.”

I love this plain talk. There’s a hard to hear yet terrific speech of Palin that goes with it. She’s a persuasive speaker when she’s let loose.
