Perhaps I am a little dense or maybe I just see what I want to see.
I realized late last night that the reason the Liberals in my life don’t mind the huge trend toward socialism is they actually believe we are heading into a Star Trek world!
They actually believe that the US will head towards a Federation mode of socialism as defined by the Start Trek movies/shows.
Talk about living in a fantasy world?! I would much rather live in Star Wars so we can have realistic representations of religion and social contracts and heroes.
