I’ve got some big podcast/Tammy Radio news I want to share with everyone.
After several weeks of the Tammy Radio Weekend podcast being free and available to everyone, tomorrow’s podcast will debut as available only to members of the United States of Tammy. The Talk Stream Live broadcast of the show from 12p-2p will still be available, live and free to everyone of course, but the podcast itself of the show will now be available only to those who have joined the US of Tammy.
For the podcasts, United States of Tammy members should go to the Podcasts subpage in the blog header and you will find all the podcasts there, including tomorrow’s right after the live show. John will also be posting instructions on how to access the feed for iTunes specifically which will now involve a username and password. I will also be posting the members brief general RSS feed instructions for the podcast. A new “Members” page will be listed in our header tonight making access to all members material, support and posts easier to access. For all who have already joined, thank you–your support has made this possible. If you haven’t done so yet, please consider it. it would be an honor to have you on board.
I also want to announce that the response to Tammy Radio Weekend going Commando has been so overwhelming I’ve decided to to take Tammy Radio Weekday independent as well. I had hoped I would be able to do so, but wanted to gauge the reaction and support of the weekend show launching in that fashion. With the new website, the new independent flavor of Tammy Radio Weekend and the podcast reaction I decided I’m ready to make the same commitment to the weekday show.
So beginning mid-August, Tammy Radio M-F will go Commando, with nothing between me and you. It will still be available daily on Talk Stream Live, but I may change the time slot. I’d love to hear from all of you which time slot you’d prefer to hear Tammy Radio Weekday. And, just as with the weekend, a podcast will be available daily right after the show as well. That podcast will also be available only to US of Tammy members, but the stream will remain live and free.

Yahoo, and I loved the Palin Train take-in fact I used it 1 hour ago when the RNC solicited for $-again. I did resist calling him(them) pasty faced old men, though. HAH.
I work at Midday here in the East, and I would love to hear you live from 3-6PM EST maybe?
I usually listen to talk radio when I’m at work and rarely listen to it at home (with some exceptions, such as your weekend show), so the 12-3 EST timeslot is fine for me. I would also be fine with 9-12 EST, but then you’d be competing with Laura Ingraham.
I’d like to see it a little later in the day: afternoon or evening. If you went on at 12 PT or even 2 or 3, you’d no longer be competing w/ Rush, and you’re more of a “non-morning” person anyway
. Later in the day or evening you wouldn’t be as tied to the morning headlines and the show could be more theoretical & personalized and less news-reporting (Wow, I’m making up a lot of hyphenated words.).
Whichever way; I’m there.
6-8 ET would be ideal for me to be able to listen live every weekday w/o distractions from work, but I’ll listen live or podcast no matter what you decide.
