The Case of the Lying Judge
by Pat_S on July 15, 2009A post by Pat Today at Sotomayor’s confirmation hearing Al Franken had an attack of nostalgia for the old Perry Mason shows. How cool, as he puts it, that he and Sotomayor, who sat watching the same show simultaneously, across the distance of time and space, should meet today under such profound circumstances. Yes, unimaginable. Sotomayor was inspired to become a lawyer and a judge. Franken became a clown and a Senator. Only in America. Too bad Perry Mason isn’t on the Senate Judiciary Committee to get to the truth. Alas, no last minute confessions will be heard. The Constitution is about to be murdered.

Hillary Hits Bottom, Digs
by Tammy on July 15, 2009This moral depravity is just beyond words. Her collapse surrender at the convention last year was bad enough, now she’s pandering to the main terrorist regime on the planet which is still engaged in murdering its own citizens. May she have regular nightmares about Neda and every other innocent person slaughtered because they demanded freedom. Clinton deplores Iran’s actions but offers to talk U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Wednesday deplored Iran’s crushing of dissent after June’s election but said the Obama administration still wanted talks with Tehran over its nuclear program. In what the State Department billed as a major foreign policy speech, Clinton said neither she nor President Barack Obama had illusions that such a dialogue would...

Why the Long Face Urkel?
by Tammy on July 14, 2009Yeah, TOTUS isn’t the only thing falling these days. Someone should warn our Pouter-in-Chief that complaining about Cheney won’t work this time. Obama Approval Rating Slips to 57 Percent CBS News Poll: President Loses Support Amid Concerns About Economy; Loss In Backing Comes From Democrats And Independents President Obama’s approval rating has fallen six points in the past month, a new CBS News poll finds, amid growing skepticism about his handling of the economy and questions about the impact of the stimulus package. The president’s current approval rating, which is 57 percent, is still relatively high. But it has fallen 11 points from its peak of 68 percent in April, and has also dropped since last month’s mark of 63...

Apparently Size Does Count
by Tammy on July 14, 2009When you’re living in a fascist Nanny State that has nothing better to do with its time and plans to squeeze here single drop of blood out of the citizenry. Not that I have an opinion. Man Arrested For Catching Oversized Fish A Brevard County man said a simple fishing trip became his worst nightmare. Christopher Rose had never been arrested until an officer boarded his boat 18 miles off-shore in March. “Needless to say it was probably one of my worst fishing adventures of all time,” said Rose. One of his friends caught a Cobia, which they thought was just big enough to keep. “He [the Fish Police] took a measurement of it. Stood up and said, ‘Are you...

TOTUS Falls Apart During Urkel Econ Speech
by Tammy on July 14, 2009In apparent sympathy with his boss’s collapsing approval ratings, TOTUS does the same. Collapse, that is. Or maybe God had something to do with it, as it was the first time Urkel talked about the economy and then apologized in the same breath.

Just a bit late and when he realized, perhaps, that the train was leaving. A Tweep on Twitter put it best when she mused “I, for one, am as excited to hear what John McCain thinks about Sarah’s future as I am to have a bikini wax.” What’s next for Jackson reality show? Exclusive: Actual Photo of Swine Flu Vaccine
by Tammy on July 13, 2009Amazing, isn’t it? But now we know B. Hussein Obama’s Pharma Company Major Donors are getting a little payback for all that campaign cash last year! Yep, those pharmaceutical companies liked Urkel best of all and their reward has arrived. Specifically, Congress approved $7.7 billion to confront the Mildly Uncomfortable Not Even Remotely As Dangerous As the Regular Seasonal Flu Scourge, with another $1 billion committed just a day or so ago. But, oh yeah, Urkel’s mob isn’t even sure Americans are going to get the so-called vaccine. After we spend $8.7 billion on it. “There’ll be another $1 billion worth of orders placed to get the bulk ingredients for an H1N1 vaccination. Congress has agreed with the president that...

Itching to Leave Michigan
by Pat_S on July 12, 2009A post by Pat It’s not just the government sucking our blood here in Michigan. The foreclosure rate is among the highest in the U.S. The unemployment rate is over 14% and rising. The core industry is collapsing. As people move out, non-taxpaying mosquitoes move in. In the unlikely case the mosquitoes will run out of abandoned or foreclosed homes to nestle in, the state, facing a $1.4 billion budget deficit, closed eight prisons to save $120 million. It’s a haven for all kinds of culprits. Like other states, Michigan is spending stimulus money to help the public sector first. Mosquitoes on the rise in Michigan Mark Sheperdigian of Rose Pest Solutions in Troy says the summer pests are laying...
