In November of 2007, candidate Obama was asked about criticism that he was inexperienced. He replied, “I know how to choose talent and get smart people around me who are capable and independent…set a vision and move in the same direction.” He will chart a course, assemble the talent and mobilize them to achieve that goal.

I’m feeling very inspired and full of a sense of possibility watching Van Jones whimper away. We see the course President Obama charted and hell no, we won’t go. Swimming better be one of the talents of his noxious assemblage because one by one they’re going overboard. Eh, if they can’t swim that’s even better.

*UPDATE Now Van Jones, who was lavishly praised as recently as a couple of days ago, was always a nobody.

A White House official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss a personnel matter, said Jones’s past was not studied as intensively as other advisers because of his relatively low rank.

Sure, Obama knows how to choose talent. But he doesn’t want to choose talent, he wants ideology. So he didn’t choose talent. But you can’t say he doesn’t know how to choose talent.

Oh, he can choose talent alright. This was no oversight or mistake. Obama knew exactly who Van Jones was, what he could do and saw no problem with where Jones wanted to take us. We keep forgetting that Obama wants to ‘fundamentally change America’. We still are giving him the benefit of the doubt, this was no oversight or mistake. We need to snap out of it and realize that a full blown leftist radical is at the helm of our Nation and fully intends to bend our lives into his vision.

Don’t get me wrong; I’m glad that boorish Commie is gone. But, didn’t anyone in the Obama administration, or Obama himself, vet this cook?

Is it possible that since the corrupt Dinosaur Media is in [d]Ear Leader’s pocket, Obama felt he can do anything and there would be no consequence? After all, the guy seems to be made of Teflon. Boneheaded moves he and those in his administration have pulled, would’ve been met with derision by the DinoMedia had he been a Republican president. Look at how the DinoMedia knitpicked Bush. Oh yeah. Obama had no need to believe there’d be any backlash to anything he does.

Seriously, the appointment of a dangerous cook like Van Jones should’ve been met with incredulity by honest and sincere journalists. But since the DinoMedia has so much invested in their Golden Boy, they must cover for him. Luckily there are other news sources that keep them on the defensive: That darn internet, FoxNews, Tammy Bruce, etc. Thank you, Lord!!!!

Another great find. Can’t wait to hear what the conservative media does with it :)

As you point out, these guys blatantly rewrite history to suit their spin. Remember Orwell’s Ministry of Information? “He who controls the past controls the future. He who controls the present controls the past.” Thus, “We are at war with Eastasia. We’ve always been at war with Eastasia.”

    Who’s next?????

    • 74Conservative says:

We must stay focused and see who’s next. The Once is not to be trusted to order a hamburger much less appoint a Czar who would have America’s best interest at heart. The two ideas are oxymoronic. The Van Jones balloon was popped; that doesn’t mean the Once will find someone who we will ‘be okay’ with. We’re not okay with ANY of his unConstitutional shinanigans!

This reminds me of all of the pictures of Soviet leaders from the early Cold War. Someone could be standing next to Stalin, but if they fell out of favor then they would be scrubbed from the official photo and Stalin would be standing by himself.

Amazing how this regime has so much in common with that one.

The heinousness of the Left continues — Olbermann Wants Dirt on Glenn Beck

MSNBC host Keith Olbermann has turned his sights to O’Reilly’s colleague at Fox News, Glenn Beck. Olbermann took to DailyKos to implore readers to “Find everything you can about Glenn Beck, Stu Burguiere, and Roger Ailes,” after White House advisor Van Jones resigned over the weekend following attacks from Beck and Fox News over his previous signature of a 9/11 Truther petition. Olbermann hopes “to remind everybody to walk softly and carry a big popsicle, and most particularly to save this nation from the Oligarhy of The Stupid.” He will designate an email address for accepting leads and will take his campaign on-air on Tuesday.

Wow, that dufuss is unleashing his tens of listeners on Beck. We’re sure to be mentally tortured with him also as he can’t seem to pull his head out of his ass even for Sunday night football. Geez louise.

Also good are the two articles below this post.

Funny how the people that advocate for these destructive ideologies always do so from a perch well above the people that will suffer the consequences of them. Hard to figure how people that are wildly successful capitalists in their own right get off carping about the very system that has fostered their success and the only one that allows them to spout this gibberish without consequence. They could never succeed financially nor criticize the system like this in any country that has actually adopted the policies they so rabidly advocate. Ironic, no?

Yes! A great example of this is Harry Belafonte (for all you young ‘uns, he’s a folk singer, very popular back in the 50′s). He is an avowed Communist, he regularly curses the U.S., thinks Castro and Hugo Chavez are “great men,” all the while living in an eighteen million dollar apartment in Manhatan. (If I can find my old 45 rpm single of “Day-O,” I’ll throw it in the trash.)

Sorry. I meant to write “kook” not “c0ok.” Maybe I was thinking about the c–p sandwich Jones thought he was about to serve US.
