Katie Couric’s Forbidden Dance of Gin
by Tammy on November 23, 2009When she’s done ambushing Sarah Palin, Gawker reveals Katie loves the Forbidden Dance of Gin. Besides dancing inappropriately in front of a little kid, Couric has indeed committed the unpardonable sin of making people not want to see women dance together. Even I may have to keep my eyes closed while I’m doing it. Dancing, that is, not humping another woman in front of a kid and co-workers. (HT conservativeBC) Katie Couric’s Forbidden Dance of Gin When CBS News anchor Katie Couric isn’t asking Sarah Palin gotcha questions, she’s doin’ Da Butt, or the Lambada, or whatever white ladies do when the Black Eyed Peas are on the sound system. More unbelievable images after the jump. UPDATE: We’ve learned that...

Obama Plans Party As 4 More Troops Die
by Tammy on November 23, 2009This man is deranged and should be held criminally responsible for the death of every troop while he parties and dithers. Obama Thanks Hollywood With Coveted Invites To First White House State Dinner If tradition stands, the details of the guest list will be revealed only a few hours before the Obama administration’s first state dinner tomorrow. The welcome for India’s Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will be the biggest social event of the Obama White House. Already the Washington DC press corp is buzzing about the “got-to-be-there” fever… Yeah, well there are 4 fewer people who can be there, the only 4 who truly deserve to be in the White House, American heroes who died needlessly because their Partier-In-Chief hasn’t...

NJ Muslim Anti-discrimination Cmte – “necessary evil” to condemn Muslim violence
by Pat_S on November 23, 2009A post by Pat I’ve had it with this attitude that is so typical within the Muslim community. There is a clear reluctance to speak out against fellow Muslims whenever an act of terrorist violence is committed. The Muslim community takes more effort to protect themselves from imaginary retaliation than it does to identify the fanatics amongst them and stop them. I would like to see a more strenuous effort to denounce violence in the name of their religion than a disclaimer on a website. The evil of fanaticism is active within the Muslim community. It is necessary for members of that community to take meaningful actions to eliminate it. Denounce terrorism everyday, not just on the days we count...

The Road to Serfdom
by Maynard on November 20, 2009A meandering post by Maynard Did you hear this story out of England? I assume the report is accurate. It certainly captures the spirit of an era. Here’s what happened: A man found a trash bag in his yard. It had apparently been tossed over his fence from the public street. He opened the bag and found a firearm inside. He took it the police station. He was arrested and convicted for possessing a firearm; a crime which carries a 5-year minimum sentence. The law is clear: A citizen cannot touch a gun. It’s a zero-tolerance law. There are no allowances for mitigating circumstances. If you see a gun, you call the authorities. If you touch it, you have no...
