    Hi

I got my Republican National Committee 2009 Obama Agenda Survey today (Dec 15) from Michael Steele. As the first line read “Your immediate action required.” I got out my pen and got ready to do my duty and let them know how I feel. I continued to read and came to “And we must act quickly because the Democrats are hoping to carry forward their momentum into the incredibly important 2009 governor’s races in Virginia and New Jersey. It is up to you and me to stop them. “. Could this be a case of super delayed letter mail? I thought those elections were done.

Before I chunked the survey where it belonged I did notice at least 3 request to include my donation.

Dude, all I ever get from Mr. Steele is a beg for money. He is not a leader by any means. He can’t convince the idiot RINOs to fight the libs. He was on Hannity the other night, and basically played nicey-nicey by acting like he was Obomba talking to Iran. Please play nice with us and don’t ruin our little country. Pretty please. ugh. Nothing of substance, no plan, no fight. Sad.,

Palin had this to say in response to “Ahnold”:

Why is Governor Schwarzenegger pushing for the same sorts of policies in Copenhagen that have helped drive his state into record deficits and unemployment? Perhaps he will recall that I live in our nation’s only Arctic state and that I was among the first governors to create a sub-cabinet to deal specifically with climate change.

While I and all Alaskans witness the impacts of changes in weather patterns firsthand, I have repeatedly said that we can’t primarily blame man’s activities for those changes. And while I did look for practical responses to those changes, what I didn’t do was hamstring Alaska’s job creators with burdensome regulations so that I could act “greener than thou” when talking to reporters.

    - Sarah Palin

Smackdown by the ‘Cuda! Oh, yeah, baby! He’ll feel that one in the morning:)

I just got a call from good ol Newt with a live person asking me for money. I told them I only give to Gov Sarah Palin. I told them I am a Palin girl! All my money goes to Palin/Pac!! They quickly hung up on me. I wonder how many people said that to them. I hope all of them! What a bunch a toads.

  5. Uffda says:

Oh, and C4Per “Nancy” made this comment on Palin’s smackdown. I thought you might get a kick out of it:

“Would you like a Depends with your Facebook post? 4 out of 4 Facebook post recipients recommend it.”

I am one day behind on the podcasts but I wanted to comment on what Tammy said about whether she should talk about the fact that she is gay on her show. I either read or heard that someone told Tammy that to point out if a person is gay or not is political correctness. – Dennis Prager said “Political correctness means purposeful denial of truth.” Why should Tammy deny what is true? Back in the late 1990′s I used to listen to Tammy at Midnight as I drove my truck when she was on KFI. At first it was because her show was about the only thing I could pick up at that time. She spoke about being gay way more than she does now and she always talked about being a democrat. None of that bothered because I was fascinated to be hearing a gay person that I actually agreed with. (I’m glad she has stopped playing that irritating cat sound she used to play ) To this day I have never seen or heard another conservative gay person except for a guy I heard on theblacksphere podcast a couple of months ago.

Whether you agree with her lifestyle or not the important thing is her values. Does she stand behind the political values espoused by the founders of our country or not? I look at it the same way I look at the Religion of a Political candidate. I have a natural bias toward a person of my own religion for sure but that person might not always be the best person to represent my values. If I as a mormon had to choose between Mitt Romney or Dennis Prager who is Jewish I would take Dennis. Instead of hiding the fact she is gay I would like to see Glenn Beck do a show on gay conservatives like he did for African american conservatives. The bottom line is do we want to advance the ball down the field or not?

Tammy asked if I would want her to babysit my kids and the answer is yes as long as she didn’t cuss around them. : ) The main issue these days regarding gays is whether their should be gay marriage. It is my opinion that the family structure is the most important thing to look at when deciding this issue. I feel that when a child is raised by a mother and a father the two different attributes of the sexes are more conducive to instilling a childs well being. The mother is generally the nurturer while the father is genrally the one that tries to instill values and work ethic. I give Barack Obama as exhibite A for what happens when there is no Father around. Now I will answer a question Tammy did not ask that I feel is an important thing when we talk about this issue. Would I allow my children to be babysat by two men I didn’t know (gay or straight)? Absolutely not.
