Use it in the car! Use it on the bus! Use it on the train! Use it on an airplane! It’s like privacy in a bag.

That’s how it’s being sold. No stigma attached to covering up like this in public. It’s practical and fun.

The Snazzy Napper has been getting a lot of attention after CNN ran a story about it. It is the creation of Dr. Margaret Wilson who came up with the idea after having to put a jacket over herself to catch a few winks on a plane. With the Snazzy Napper, “they don’t have to look at you with your mouth open while you sleep”.

Right, they’ll be looking at you with their mouths open.

So will Muslims be offended by this as a mockery or will they promote the deluxe version useful for avoiding glare in banks, courtrooms and official photos, but only for women?

I don’t think Dr. Wilson had an ulterior motive for this. It’s a stupid idea but does she not realize where it came from? A rip-off in every sense of the word.

I dunno, Tammy — there’s not a single man “snazzy napping” in that ad. In fact, the only men there have the primary purpose of acting like it’s completely normal for a woman to put this thing on her face to take a nap between them.

Somebody thought this was a good idea? How is that possible.
