DE Primary Today! Christine O’Donnell (R-DE) Links
by Tammy on September 13, 2010UPDATE 9/14: Please use this as your primary open thread. Here’s updated coverage: It’s primary election day, and the political stakes are high Voters in seven states and the District of Columbia cast ballots Tuesday in the final round of primaries that will shape the midterm elections and, perhaps more interestingly, could help define the political parties for the next several years. G.O.P. Braces for More Discontent in Primaries ************ With the incredibly important Delaware primary tomorrow between authentic conservative Christine O’Donnell and liberal RINO Mike Castle I wanted to collect important links all in one place. If you’re phonebanking, or trying to persuade one of your fellow Citizens of Delaware to vote for Christine, I hope this audio will...

Shots from Today’s 3rd Hour of Tammy Radio
by Tammy on September 13, 2010WaPo: As Obama’s popularity drops, so do sales of his merchandise Video: Michelle Obama: I love French Fries GOP colleagues seek distance from Boehner on tax issue Just how is the Speaker of the House chosen? Is there some “requirement”? Does it have to be someone in “seniority”? No to both, in fact, it doesn’t even need to be someone elected to the House of Representatives. There’s no reason why the Speaker would have to be John Boehner, except for some reason the Dumb Bastard feels entitled to it. Why not elect as Speaker Michelle Bachmann, or Eric Cantor or Paul Ryan? Yessssss! Anything that reminds voters that they’re associated with these two arrogant, self-obsessed disconnected maniacs is fine with...

Gov. Christie: A Positive Note in a Sea of Dysfunction
by Maynard on September 12, 2010A meandering rant by Maynard Like Tammy, I’ve got personal health insurance through Anthem. I pay the premium out of my own pocket. My policy is there to protect me from disaster. I’ve never had a disaster (partly by grace of God and partly because I try to stay out of trouble), so I’ve never met my deductible. All of my routine medical stuff is, like my premium, paid for out of my own pocket. I guess that makes me a good citizen and/or a good risk. So here’s the thanks I, and people like me, get. On October 1, my premium jumps by 19%. Anthem sent me a nice letter explaining why this is necessary. They cite several reasons;...

Join Me at the 9/12 Tea Party Rally in Sacramento!
by Tammy on September 11, 2010**Update 9/12: The rally has been incredible! The crowd was fantastic and I was thrilled to be able to meet some TAMs. I met the TAMs, however, by accident. That’s totally unacceptable so from now on, we have to set up a special TAM Meet-up when we’re going to an event. I’ll work on that, but really, I know more TAMs were there that I didn’t meet , but things went really well. I’l be posting pics soon.** **Bumped up!** Just a heads up–I’ll be speaking at the 9/12 Tea Party Patriots Western Regional Rally! Please make a plan to join us. I hope to see you there!

Tammy Radio Update
by Tammy on September 9, 2010Just a heads-up TAMs on the 3rd Hour and details also for everyone regarding special guests for tomorrow’s Tammy Radio. As you might have already deduced considering how late it is, there will be no 3rd Hour tonight. I got in so late tonight after such a busy day, I’m hoping you won’t mind if we skip the update. This is a rare event, but I do think I’ll be of more use to you getting a good night’s sleep for tomorrow’s show ;) Keep in mind, with 9/11 being Saturday, we will have some memorial for the tragedy tomorrow. I started getting sad a few days ago and I realized it was our tragic anniversary that weighed on my...
