John and Ken on KFI640 here in LA were trying to get the guy on to talk to him about being fired and his union buddies wouldn’t let him talk to them. They could hear the guys on the phone telling the guy not to talk and then they hung up on them. The whole thing was really weird and the guys started talking about how strange and stupid the whole thing was. They went on to say urkel was phony and causing all this traffic tie up and he should just stay in DC and the nanny state is getting too much. Callers were mad and not liking urkel at all and thought what they did to that guy was wrong! I think urkel should keep on being himself don’t you :)
Tammy, why would you insult a good stand-up comedian like Steve Martin by comparing him to Obummer?

Are both of us showing our age by admitting we remember that “wild and crazy guy” was Steve Martins’ line, and his trademark was the “arrow through the head”, and that we remember his as a standup comedian instead of always remebering him just as a comedic actor?
As a kid, I remember seeing Steve Martin on the Mike Douglas show. He wore the arrow through his head, juggled apples, and tried to eat the apples as he was juggling. Does this make me old?
my favorite was his routine about his cat getting his credit card- and you can’t return hundreds of dollars worth of cat toys because they have spit all over them.
my cats would probably hire ‘escorts’ too…. and have giant tuna fish flown in from japan. cats are such pigs.
martin is actually a nice, smart guy. he sits in the ritz carlton when he’s here and reads ‘scientific american’ and drinks bud lite. in other words he’s not an snobby sociopath like most in hollywood.
and plays the banjo, right?

The boring machine they used to drill the tunnel from England to France would probably lack efficiency as well…
