As a WI TAM (living on the IL border) I have to chime in….the first thing that comes to mind is to call this secret “hideout” destination a “resort” is laughable, but that’s the only funny part of this ridiculous story. I am wondering if this avoidance tactic by the Senators is an impeachable offense. It should be!

About 12 years ago, give or take, Texas democrats fled to a Holiday Inn in Ardmore, OK to try and shut down the Texas Government. It didn’t work. Texas Republicans just passed everything with OVERWHELMING support and those dems just looked like big crybabies.
Texans are always looking for a good excuse to visit the great state of Oklahoma! Except when they play us in football…then it has to be on neutral ground in Dallas.

Here is yet another huge story, the truth of which can only seem to be found on Fox News and the rest of the alternative media. CNN.com and MSNBC.com are barely acknowledging that it’s even happening. God forbid if the American populace found out just how mentally ill the average public servant happens to be, or that certain members of a left-wing political party are seeking asylum.
I should know–I’m a street sweeper on a county road crew out here in the Great Northwest. I’m so glad I started listening to talk radio when I did, otherwise I’d be a lost cause. It took me far too long to realize that I get paid to do a job, not to be spoiled rotten.
