Tonight’s “3rd Hour” Podcast Has Posted
by Tammy on May 27, 2011(Nate Beeler, The Washington Examiner) Actually, tonight it’s about 35 minutes which is one of the reasons I need to change the name of this update. I’d prefer to have this podcast be like the Palin Report, where it’s length is determined by th enews as well as my inclinations :) So tonight is on eof those nights, and while I toy with the title “The After Show” and leaning more toward the name “As I Was Saying…” for this late evening podcast. More suggestions and thoughts would be welcomed :) Subscribers, visit the TAM Podcasts page for your exclusive media :) And remember TAMs the new sign in procedure, please be signed into both TAM (right hand column your...

US Supreme Court Upholds AZ’s Immigration Employer Sanctions Law
by Tammy on May 26, 2011This is very good news as the USSC rejected the key Obama administration argument against Arizona–that enforcement of laws against illegal immigration is exclusively in the hands of federal authorities. This ruling affects not on Arizona, of course, but all other states. Here’s some of the coverage: CNN: Supreme Court backs Arizona immigration law that punishes businesses The Supreme Court has backed an Arizona law that punishes businesses hiring illegal immigrants, a law that opponents, including the Obama administration, say steps on traditional federal oversight over immigration matters. The 5-3 ruling Thursday is a victory for supporters of immigration reform on the state level. It was the first high court challenge to a variety of recent state laws cracking down...

Barack Obama Channels Rev. Wright (and a touch of Herman Cain)
by Maynard on May 25, 2011A post by Maynard. I was flashing back to the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, the hatemonger who was so inspirational in so many ways to President Obama, and to whom Obama dedicated so much of his time and money as an adult. For some reason, our nation didn’t want to acknowledge what was obvious prior to the election. Maybe it’s time to revisit the obvious. In early 2008, when Obama was an ascending candidate, I visited the United Church of Christ website and retrieved a pamphlet entitled, “A Message From our Pastor, Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr., Senior Pastor”. This document was shortly thereafter removed (I wonder why?), but I’ve got my copy here. It’s mostly a political diatribe and...

by Tammy on May 25, 2011I wonder if Obama will include this monumentally embarrassing screw-up of a toast for the Queen in his next Greatest Hits iPod? Idiotic and painful to watch.
