I just want to say that I appreciate Tammy presenting a reasonable argument related to the gay marriage discussion on the show. And it was fun watching her and the other guests talking over each other in the short topic segments.
My thoughts exactly. Of course I’m not your mother but I am still proud of you anyway. Excellent job.
I lament that marriage has widely come to be regarded as a goodie bag to which all are entitled, rather than a nest in which children are to be nurtured by a mother and father. Nobody would regard the concept of a man marrying a man as sensible if we hadn’t already made a mockery of traditional marriage. Since abandoning our children has become the norm, marriage is left as nothing more than a technical means of access to some financial and legal benefits, and it seems logical enough that gays should have equal access to those benefits. But I’d argue that we’ve gone far down the wrong path, and our children are paying the price more than anyone else, and that’s where our focus should be. Gay marriage has nothing to do with our having gone astray, but it’s more of a symptom of how we’ve messed up than a solution to our cultural inequalities.
Aye Maynard! The first building block of civilization has been under attack by Satan beginning with Adam and Eve. Marriage is infinitely more than just two people living together getting tax breaks and maybe having a kid or two for the EIC. We’re in a vicious cycle of spiritually unstable people in unstable marriages raising unstable children. But I thank God for those who still take it seriously as a contract, with God first, the spouse second, and live with honor. I think the gov’t should encourage and play a part in marriage for order and stability. Yes maybe some of the tax laws, etc go too far, but that’s debatable. What’s not debatable is the massive impact of honorable marriages. As a Christian, I’d like to add that Christians especially need to wake up and grow up about this issue. Take responsibility for yourself…we’re no better in marriage than we are as a person.
Tammy, you did a great job, and loved your outfit! And thanks for trying to get a comment in to stick up for the South. That first segment with the labor lawyer talking about unskilled cheap labor in the south was a doozy!
A+
What’s with Libs and their inability to have a civilized disagreement? AFter suffering through that unspeakably horrid Chicago lawyer (no, *not* Urkel) — a breath of fresh air — Tammy! But then Erica Payne (how aptly named!) started interrupting Tammy! Brava Tammy for standing your ground with so much class! Once again, you *scored* on Scoreboard! (And looking great!)
A.N.S. Live on Tape from New York City! The Sights! The Sounds! The Smells!
1st-The Ivory Power Blazer. Excellent. Really ‘popped’ in HD, Tammy.
2nd-A beef. David welcomed you and then asked if you paid for your trip? Geez.
3rd-Got to see your hand gestures and body language in a panel format, instead of just a blocked shot from L.A.
4th-Right on point about high tax states. People are moving, the Congressional House seat realignment proves it.
The Two Minute Drill:
1) “Establishment against us”. Pow!
2) I’m sure Erica is a wonderful woman, but her voice…
3) 14th amendment reference, then David announces: “Tammy has solved the problem!”
Buy, Sell or Hold
1) Bud Ad-Buy—’but too many limes!” LOL!
2) Beautiful People site—Sell, yeah, it’s pretty pathetic.
3) Southern Workers?—Buy, hit the ‘work ethic’ button.
Well done Tammy!
Take care and Enjoy.

Tammy you were the clearest and strongest of the panel in explaining your stance on the Wal Mart decision and gay marriage debate in New York. Love how you jump right in and pull no punches while still being a class act.
Great, Great, Great job Tammy…
Fantastic job Tammy, you looked great, and they should have paid your ticket to NY, first class too!
I could really get used to Tammy in New York, and this show is a great fit. Who knew Tammy would become the voice of moderation!!! Great job Tammy
LJ, *all* of us here in NYC could “really get used to Tammy here” !!! Tammy has such a “New York sensibility” about her. Honestly, doesn’t she belong here??? I know Tammy loves LA, but maybe when Fox offers her a show…. (Hey, a Tam can always dream! :) )
From your lips to G-d’s ears, Shifra. And I think you’re on to something: she *does* have a “New York sensibility.”
Thought you were great Tammy!! And thought you looked fabulous in your ivory blazer!!
well done, tammy!
hi def becomes you…
rick
Tammy, your proficient use of the English language-vocabulary and reasoning skills, as well as, information assimilation and application without much time to prepare is breathtaking! You are always the smartest, and on-point person on the panel. Being on set made that even more obvious. Fabulous blazer too!
Freakin’ good–as always.
Glad that Payne chick couldn’t get a work in edge-wise in that first clip.
And–I think you and David Asman have a nice chemistry, Tammy. After having you actually on the set, from now on every other guest will be “just a guest” for David, I fear. :)
