I am so lucky and grateful that in my work I get to meet a wonderful cross section of people. First, meeting TAMs is the ultimate best. And whenever I meet other favorites, I make it a point to tell them I’m hugging them on behalf of all TAMs, Tea Partyers and Indie Cons :) My most recent meets: Ambassador John Bolton (the second time) and Charm City Cakes boss Duff Goldman (diplomacy and cake–can’t go wrong!). I had the pleasure of seeing Ambassador Bolton at Fox out here in L.A. just before my trip to NY. Here we are:
I also noted on Tammy Radio yesterday Ambassador Bolton’s comments regarding the UN debate about so-called “Palestinian statehood.” He suggests the best way to stop this absurdity is to tell the “members” of that pit that if they vote for it we will defund them. Here’s that clip from Greta’s show. His comments, as usual, are direct and refreshing.
And then I met Duff Goldman, from Charm City Cakes, at Fox in NY during my 9/11 trip. I don’t know if this is good or bad, but Duff has a new cake shop opening in Los Angeles soon. God help me. He was at Fox for Scoreboard talking about the impact of the economy on a business like his. Duff also has a new Food Network TV show on “Sugar High.” No wonder we love him. And yes, he’s even more adorable in person!

Bolton is a true American patriot! Gov. Palin, you should really consider Amb. Bolton as your Secretary of Defense. I can just see him giving a beat-down with a club to that middle-east den of snakes!
Oh, and give Tammy a cabinet job! Yeah!
The big perk with Tammy’s cabinet position- TAM’s might be able to score personal/private tours of the White House by none other than our fearless leader :) Now that would be cool!

You had the honor to meet & hug Bolton; I envy you! He’s one of the most articulate & honest man in D.C. I hope Sarah Palin has a spot for him in her administration in 2012.
