by Tammy on October 20, 2011Had the pleasure of speaking with Tabitha today from Freedom Works about Tea Party issues. We discussed, among other things, how they’re looking at the current field of GOP contenders, Tea Party grassroots activities, BlogCon 2011, as well as the importance of winning the senate in 2012 and how their new Super PAC will help our goal of making the Senate a Tea Party entity. Enjoy!

Good Riddance: Gaddafi Is Dead
by Tammy on October 20, 2011I’m surprised he’s not bowing. It’s about time. The fact that we’ve allowed a mass murdering terrorist like this to survive so long is a stain on this country’s moral footing. Now the Lockerbie Bomber needs to be wiped from the Earth. So I guess this means now the war is over and we’ll leave the Muslim Brotherhood, al-Qaida and Iran in charge? Another victory for Obama! Moammar Gaddafi killed: For longtime autocrat, a violent end Col. Moammar Gaddafi, Libya’s eccentric and unpredictable leader for more than 40 years, who brought his oil-rich country to international pariah status, tried to restore it as a member in good standing in the global community and was ultimately deposed by a nationwide uprising,...

Join Tammy at the Patriot Banquet on 10/22 in Scottsdale, AZ
by Artgal on October 19, 2011**Bumped Up** As many of you know, Tammy will be speaking at Arizona Mainstream Project\’s (AMP) Second Annual Patriot Dinner Banquet on Saturday, October 22nd in Scottsdale, AZ. She was the keynote speaker at the event last year, and it is an honor to have her return. In addition to Tammy, AMP is pleased to welcome this year’s keynote speaker Bill Whittle, singer Krista Branch, and Constitutional scholar Shane Krauser. For those of us who attended last year’s event, it was an extraordinary evening that set a very different tone; in fact, what it signaled was a new direction for the tea party movement. For this year’s banquet, AMP is excited to present a 15 minute video production about the organization which was...

Cow Tales: He saw my hat and hollered at me to come a-runnin’
by Pat_S on October 19, 2011Cows caused mayhem by dodging police, causing a traffic jam and smashing into a real estate office. Has the left’s organizing gone as far as the bovine community? Cows Occupy Wall Street? Who could resist a recursive acronym? If they were OWS cows, they didn’t fare as well as the herd in OWS-friendly New York. These cows were in Texas. Specifically, they were at Texas Tech. Texas Tech is home to an Animal and Food Services Center from where the cows made their escape. It is also home to the Texas Tech Ranch Horse Team. After unsuccessful attempts by others to capture the cows, the Texas Tech Ranch Horse Team was called in to save the day. Udder confusion: Cows...

Iranians Win 4,453 ‘Diversity Visa’ Applications to Immigrate to U.S.
by Tammy on October 18, 2011What could possibly go wrong? This is so remarkably insane it’s the not-funny laughable. The State Department has awarded 4,453 permanent resident “Diversity Visa” applications to would-be immigrants from Iran, a state sponsor of terrorism that was recently implicated in a plot to assassinate the Saudi Arabian ambassador to the United States. The lottery program for Diversity Visas awards prospective immigrants with the chance to obtain a permanent residency visa. The 4,453 prospective Iranian immigrants will still have to pursue their visa applications on their own, according to the State Department’s website. To be eligible, applicants must have at least a high school education or two years of work within the previous five years at a job that requires at...

My Column at Newsmax “Occupy Wall Street — the Beginning of Obama’s Campaign”
by Tammy on October 18, 2011My new column has posted at Newsmax, please do take a look and spread the word :) Thanks. Occupy Wall Street — the Beginning of Obama’s Campaign As one month of “Occupy Wall Street” passes, it’s fascinating how media and politicians alike, with one or two exceptions, have managed a remarkable suspension of disbelief when it comes to the organized source of these open-air leftist animal houses. These are not protests against Wall Street, they’re protests for Barack Obama’s re-election campaign and are organized and directed by a number of his campaign supporting organizations, including one of his favorite — the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). It is also an indication of a virtual meltdown of the left, but could...

Mysterious Hole On White House Lawn
by Pat_S on October 17, 2011Under construction for 17 months and no one knows what it is. Big Hole in White House Lawn Prompts Equally Big Questions President Obama, who has been traveling the country urging Congress to pass his jobs bill so Americans can be put to work on infrastructure projects, need only look out a window in the West Wing to see one such project. Under way on his front lawn for the last 17 months, it is highly visible and yet mysterious. The cavernous hole has inspired much speculation. Is it an Olympic-size swimming pool for the fitness-conscious first couple? A more spacious bunker? A place, perhaps, to hide the deficit? The TAMs know what it is.
