UPDATE: Man charged with Obama assassination attempt

Not kidding. Absolutely horrific. Thank God the bullet didn’t hurt anyone, but imagine if one of those little girls was outside or the dog was out, any number of obscene scenarios was possible. And this is what these beasts do (HT Fox Nation).

And this from John Nolte over at Big Hollywood

Some of these people look like many I’ve seen at Tea Party events, conservative looking and a little older. I guess you can’t tell a book by its cover. They’re not all dirty hippie types.

    • FrankRemley says:

Sorry, but most of them looked like a bunch of stoned out freaks to me even though there does seem to be a sparcity of hippie types. Kind of an OxyContin convention. Also notice that the speaker called for a moment of solidarity with not just the shooter but the White House itself. That tells me who’s calling the shots with this bunch.

Hey SoCalGal: Just to let you know, Occupy San Diego are the crazies from my neck of the woods. Many of them are members of the OB-Rag, a bunch of former flower children and disgruntled hippie-wannabes, with a smattering of socialists just to make it extra-special!!!

The OB-Rag organized counter-protests to several of our Tea Party events, and following Obama directives, organized the failed local Coffee Party. I have been following this band of loonies quite closely.

One of their extra special events was coating a coffee cart with urine and blood because the owners were no longer giving them free food and drink. Of all the Occupy movements in the country, this is the one I loathe the most — a remarkable achievement.

A moment of solidarity? How about a moment of condemnation!

As best I can tell so far (because the “movement” is so diffuse and lacking in specific agenda), they are mostly against Wall Street capital investment, banks, corporations, “income inequality” (geez — let’s just take from the rich and give it to the poor until all incomes are equal), and capitalism in general. And I suspect a great many are there just to be part of “the scene” and be “cool”.

To me it looks like these are mostly inexperienced young disaffected idealists (and all the hangers-on, wackos, and parasites that such groups naturally attract). They are trying to relive the “romance” of the activism of the 60s, who with the aid of the LSM and acquiescence of local governments fearful of any possible negative publicity from them, are unwittingly acting as useful idiots for the movement for international socialism. Useful idiots!

    • FrankRemley says:

Half of the so-called “protesters” are only there for the drugs. Perhaps more. It would make a good reality show. You could have these two stoners travel to the OWS protests in New York (or some other city, it really makes no difference) just to score some good drugs and perhaps get lucky and score with some of the chicks who are there protesting.

  4. Kat says:

I heard alot of the Occupests couldn’t go home because while they were out protesting Mommy moved without leaving a forwarding address!!! LOL! (jk)!
Seriously, not sure why I’m amazed/ shocked/ surprised that the MSM is stressing how this nutcase is anti-government….”like the tea party”! I guess the MSM is just too dumb to understand the difference between anti-government and anti-BIG government! Also, I don’t see the tea party I attend praying FOR the shooter!
One more thing….are we, the US, too broke to have security around the WH when Urkel and Moochelle are not in residence? Just Askin!

  5. I don’t have any more time for these knuckleheads. I just despise them plain and simple.

  6. trevy says:

Headline at MSDNC; “Tonights top story! Vicious, evil Tea Partiers, acting on orders from Sarah Palin and George Bush, pretended to hold a moment of silence for that other Tea Party agent who shot at the White House, all to make occupiers look bad! More as this story develops.”

  7. So Eugene is like sayin, I dont know if you heard, but someone shot at the white house window? So lets have a moment of solidarity for the white house, and the person who shot at the white house window. What????

#75: Passionate hatred can give meaning and purpose to an empty life. Thus people haunted by the purposelessness of their lifes try to find a new content not only by dedicating themselves to a holy cause but also by nursing a fanatical greivance. A mass movement offers them unlimited opportunities for both.
