It never fails. Check out this amazing confession. I suppose you can BS your way through life for only so long until the truth, piled up in garage of your brain, just comes bursting through.

On Sunday, the most important person in the Obama campaign aside from President Obama himself inadvertently gave the 2012 game away in one of the more revealing political moments of our lifetimes.

David Axelrod, Obama’s chief strategist, deserves enormous credit for having fashioned one of the most brilliant national campaigns in American history in 2008. But that was then, and this is now — and now Axelrod has gone on “Fox News Sunday” and offered the best and most succinct case for a Romney presidency yet.

“The choice in this election,” said Axelrod, “is between an economy that produces a growing middle class and that gives people a chance to get ahead and their kids a chance to get ahead and an economy that continues down the road we are on.”

I see this vid in an RNC / Romney commercial in the not-too-distant future. 😉 Thanx Axeldouche.

David Axelrod reminds me of Dabney Coleman. I never could stand Dabney Coleman.

What was he thinking? It has to be, as you say, the “compulsion to confess”, that finally overcomes all other BS inside your head. Yesterday, Huge Hewitt asked a reporter how frantic the WH is. The reporter answered, when Axelrod, the head of your campaign, starts arguing that now, the oldest, most established, credible polling group in the country, Gallup, has a problem with it’s methodology because your candidate is losing.

This doesn’t puzzle me at all. Ppl tend to think that women’s brains get addled after 50, whereas there are a lot of men whose minds grow soft. I don’t think it’s age as much as how well you take care of yourself, but that’s another subject…

Axelrod’s “campaign mode” hasn’t changed since 2008 and this is just a replay of a 2008 recording. His mind has completely missed that His Marvelous Mr. Zero has been in charge!

Axelrod doesn’t listen to his own “advertising copy”…he just rattles it off. He thinks the American public is full of idiots, so easy to manipulate….

Remember, he is the “mind” behind Deval Patrick’s campaign and even had Obama recite the same speech Deval recited!! And when I say “recite”, I mean it. As in Kindergarten recital!!

All I can say is KEEP IT UP, MR. KING OF ASTROTURF!!

“Oh what a tangled web we weave, When first we practice to deceive” — Sir Walter Scott

“Hey Axelrod, you SOB (#&$^$#@$%%# — Ya really “stepped it in” now!” — @NYJooo

    • Ayeboots says:

Yes, Shifra. They are chameleons and take on anybody’s cloak, tell any lie. They are going to pretend to be conservatives, make no mistake this has to be revealed to the general stupid public that put the bastard in on the basis of “hope and change”, without his stating change to what? He is a Fascist, pure and simple. Your looking at Mousillini reincarnated.

  8. otlset says:

Axelrod has got to be the slimiest, oiliest, and just plain most odious prevaricator the nation has ever been cursed with advising the president. A truly disgusting man. He tripped up here though, and I sure hope it comes back to bite his empty-suit poseur in the White House.

I have to wonder if he forgot it was 2012 and he thought it was 2008. This is what happens when you simply regurgitate bullsh– you forget which bullsh your supposed to regurgitate today.

I’m rejoicing that he is among the “best and brightest.” There’s a renewed sense of hope regarding November 2012 🙂

Has the press corps grilled Jay Carney on this yet? I can hear it now: “I can’t answer that, I personally know three David Axelrods …”
