Obama’s record of Failure spanning the Globe

Over his four years in office, Obama promised that he would focus on creating “jobs that pay well and can’t be outsourced.” However,as he racked up trillions in new debt, billions of dollars did go to create jobs that were outsourced or spent overseas. Whether it is electric cars made in Finland or solar panels in Mexico,

Taxpayers would be astonished to learn that their hard earned money went abroad for jobs that weren’t created in the United States.

The Federal spending binge maintains our unsustainable rate of consumption, while it boosts production abroad. Obama borrows money from China which we then recycle back to China to buy their goods, leaving the bill for the next generation. Yes, Obama has indeed saved countless jobs; unfortunately they’re in foreign lands. As a globalist, this doesn’t trouble Obama, since he doesn’t much care about America, except for the technicality of getting reelected. Why his fellow Democrats put up with this toxic madness is a mystery to me.

My fantasy is that our political leaders will look honestly at the difficult questions about why it makes economic sense for producers to flee our shores. We must re-evaluate tax and labor policies and our regulatory environment, with the goal of making it advantageous for businesses to repatriate productive jobs. Unfortunately, it’s politically impossible for Democrats, and difficult even for Republicans, to acknowledge the simple reality that businesses must seek and earn a profit. Without that acknowledgement, political solutions can only do harm.

Yeah, wouldn’t you say our federal debt is our largest export? The trade deficit used to get talked about a lot. It seems like we’ve filled in the gap of our deficit by selling debt vehicles. The problem is “we,” the “producers” of the bonds have to pay the people who bought them the cost of the “product” our government sold them, and then some interest. That’s a really bad deal, considering they don’t have to do the same for us at nearly the same level! For them, they just have to produce the product, and we buy it. They don’t have to pay us back the amount we paid them.

Let’s not forget “High Speed Trains”. The majority of the supply chain for these are foreign owned. France, Spain, Japan, Germany, & Switzerland outnumber the US 11:2. (One of the US suppliers is GE)

Not a big Coulter fan but.. I remember something she said a couple of years ago. “If you want to know what the democrats are doing, just listen to what they are accusing the republicans of”
