We’ll be discussing whether FEMA did a good job responding to the Sandy storm crisis. The answer to that would be, of course, no. This proves, once again, that big, bloated, disconnected government truly makes everything worse. It makes promises on which people rely, and then never delivers. Common sense for us Independent Conservatives.

Hope you can tune in.

It’s interesting how with the continued failure of FEMA during Sandy, under Obama the press casts it as having done a great job despite its “limitations.” Under Bush it was abject failure. Heh.

And as usual, the bureaucracy judges its response based on how much money they’re spending. Click through and consider the following details while knowing the people of Staten Island were essentially abandoned by the system and still living in a disaster zone.

I happened to catch you on FOX today, Tammy. You did get your point across, even though the other woman debater was oblivious to the abandonment of FEMA in New York state.

Off topic, but I have to give the latest entertainment update:

From NY Post review; “…the new [Broadway] musical “Scandalous: The Life and Trials of Aimee Semple McPherson” …Book writer and lyricist Kathie Lee Gifford tells the story of the superstar evangelist … “Scandalous” isn’t disastrous. It’s merely monotonous….” I say Kathie Lee for Sec. of State. Monotonous is a large improvement over disastrous, and Kathie Lee is not both annoying to hear and non-photogenic.

Sad news; 19-year old daughter of Jon Bon Jovi was found unconscious from heroin overdose last week at Hamilton College. Taken to hospital and survived. Prayers for her and the family. Hamilton is a small liberal arts college in central NY. It’s beautiful, evergreens and cobblestones on a hill.
