Tonight Show host Jay Leno joked about recent comments made by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).
“Nancy Pelosi said that she opposes a pay cut for Congress because it would diminish the dignity of the job,” Leno quipped on Monday night’s broadcast, “They’re Congressman, just keeping them out of jail is a full time job, shut up. That Carnival cruise ship had more dignity than Congress.”
The Carnival Triumph cruise ship recently docked in Mobile, Ala. after experiencing propulsion, sewage, power and air conditioning problems. Passengers ended up dealing with sewage soaked carpets and sleeping on open decks.
All of it was good! I like the line about Monday was Presidents’ Day, April 1 is Vice-President’s Day.
Warning Rant Ahead!!
Last night on my long drive home I flip on Hannity’s radio show. He has on Miss Lindsey (for Tammy.) and they go back and forth for at least 8 minutes about how Pres. Obama LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING…and gets away with it.
Sean ask Lindsey, when was the last time you spoke to Obama; it turns out he just spoke to him on the phone about WORKING TOGETHER ON AMNESTY!! and Sean without missing a beat says as long we secure the border 1st, Conservatives like him can get behind this deal.
Honest to God, for the last 5 years I’m in an episode of Twilight Zone. What is wrong with these people? They just went on for 8 minutes about how the DB LIES, but you will work with him and trust him on Amnesty!?!? At this point, short on banging my head repeatly on wheel, I turned it off. Third Party where are you?
I forgot to add that the comment above is why I’m HAPPY to support Tammy and this site. The number of host I listen has shrunk to mostly Tammy only. I know Tammy would NEVER say she would work with or support Obama on anything.)
Almost everyday my 82 year old Mom will hear something on the news and she’ll call and say “oh I can’t wait to hear what Tammy is going to have to say about this”. We enjoy you Tammy!!!
I agree, Mary. Not many voices you can trust today. Tammy is one, and continues to be a breath of fresh air!
