Fifteen months after the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi which killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, the narrative of the attack continues to be shaped, and reshaped, by politicians and the press.
But a New York Times report published over the weekend has angered sources who were on the ground that night. Those sources, who continue to face threats of losing their jobs, sharply challenged the Times’ findings that there was no involvement from Al Qaeda or any other international terror group and that an anti-Islam film played a role in inciting the initial wave of attacks.
“It was a coordinated attack. It is completely false to say anything else. … It is completely a lie,” one witness to the attack told Fox News.
The controversial Times report has stirred a community that normally remains out of sight and wrestles with how to reveal the truth, without revealing classified information.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think the NYT said the Benghazi attack was other than a military assault (i.e., military tactics, military weapons). They may raise questions over relatively peripheral points, but nothing they said contradicts the fact that Obama and Hillary and Rice concocted a false scenario (“civilian demonstration, in response to a YouTube video, and it got out of hand”) out of whole cloth. So instead of attending to the security of our embassy and its staff or apologizing for their failures of vision and tactics, Obama and Hillary and Rice turned this tragedy into an opportunity to bash the heartland for Islamophobia and to again apologize to the world, and to throw an American citizen in jail for the crime of making a YouTube video. Did the NYT do anything other than distract and obfuscate, presumably for the purpose of taking the heat off Hillary?
My remembrance is, the NYT originally just reported the Administration Susan Rice story. It’s change now is to say, yes it was a military-style assault but it was amateurish thugs inflamed seizing opportunity, no planned attack by a terrorist organization like Al-Quaeda.
The NYT is sadly simply a farce.

Sunday morning I went out to a local deli to grab a sandwich, as I was waiting I looked down and saw the cover story on the NYT. I see the word ” Benghazi” and I get very interested. I started reading it, ( did not pick it up, you can get liberal diseases from that paper) and could not believe the crap this paper was putting out as ” news”, and I was thinking… put this out on a Sunday morning where it will slip by some of the major news reports??,
I am very glad this showed up on Tammy’s page ( its why I’m here! )…. because it had been bothering me all day.
Benghazi is my #1 issue with this President and Hillary Clinton.( my list is long , so thats sayin something) .
I want them held accountable for 4 dead americans on our own soil.. Obamacare has become self evident, but they REALLY WANT TO KEEP SPINNING THIS BENGHAZI THING, which is tellin me, wheres theres smoke theres fire, btw, I still thing Eric Holder should be in prison too. ( tapping fingers waiting )
