On Valentine’s Day, CNN story: in North Georgia, a Sheriff told people to not venture out so as road crews could continue to clear snow and ice. The Sheriff did so, tongue in cheek; he said that men were exempted this Valentine’s Day from going out to buy lottery scratchers and Hershey bars. Commenter wrote: it’s the thaw(t) that counts.
