Andrew Tahmooressi has been held since March, 214 days. Obama did nothing, yet during the same time trades 5 Taliban generals for Bergdahl, an apparent deserter. I’m sure at some point the Jerk is going to want to be seen with Andrew. I hope his family refuses, and continues to speak out over the obscenity of the incarceration and Obama’s lack of assistance. Watch, though, for the administration to say they had a part in his release, perhaps times for the midterm. Fortunately, people will see that for the BS it is.

Andrew, btw, has already been released and is now back in the US.

A Mexican judge has freed jailed US Marine Andrew Tahmooressi, his family said late Friday.

Tahmooressi, 26, who served two tours of duty in Afghanistan, has been held since March 31, when he said he mistakenly crossed into Mexico with three legally-purchased and registered guns in his truck.

A court-appointed psychiatrist confirmed that Tahmooressi has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Family spokesman Jonathan Franks said the judge released him from the Tijuana jail without making a determination on the charge against him.

The family issued the following statement: “It is with an overwhelming and humbling feeling of relief that we confirm that Andrew was released today after spending 214 days in a Mexican jail.”

The Florida man said he got lost on a California freeway ramp that sent him across the border with no way to turn back. His long detention brought calls for his freedom from U.S. politicians, veterans groups and social media campaigns.

Countdown to BO saying to Andrew “let’s hug it out”…in 3…2…1

This Marine should tell that repugnant (POS), Obama, to KMA if he wants to hug or shake his hand.

The whole damned United States government was impotent in this matter. They can all take a long walk off a short pier.

What a travesty that has been done to this man by two governments. Psychic injury has been heaped upon psychic injury. I pray that Mr. Tahmooressi receives all the help that he will surely need. So happy that he is back home where he belongs, with his family. I’m not usually a crass person, but – Mr. Obama can stick it where the sun don’t shine.

I highly doubt Obama would want to be seen with him. His liberal base would probably be outraged and urge Obama to put him in a US prison next.

Thank God! It’s just criminal that he was in that hell hole for 7 months to the day. Our nephew and his wife are Marines and I can’t imagine what Andrew and his amazing mother and family have been through! Thank you to all who helped keep his story in the public eye and secure his release …notably NOT the DB.
