On Oct 22, an Arab drove his car onto a train platform in Jerusalem, mowing down everyone in his way.
Seven people were injured.
And two died.
One was a three-month old American baby girl, born after many years of her parents’ struggle with infertility.
The other was a 22 year old woman from Ecuador, who, having discovered that her ancestors were Jews during the Spanish Inquisition of 1492, had decided to move to Israel.
The perpetrator was shot dead by a policeman.
But was praised by Hamas for his “Act of Heroism.”
Then, last week, an Israeli soldier in Tel Aviv, and a woman in the West Bank, were stabbed to death.
And, almost daily rock-throwing by Arab “youth.”
But here is Jen Psaki, State Dept. spokesperson, weighing in on recent events:
Via Algemeiner: As Israelis Are Murdered in Palestinian Terror Attacks, Psaki Urges ‘All Sides’ to Show ‘Restraint’
State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki couldn’t quite drop the moral equivalence doctrine between Israelis and Palestinians as she answered a question from a reporter about a spate of stabbings by Palestinian terrorists in Tel Aviv and the West Bank, which claimed the life of a soldier and a 25 year-old Israeli woman on Monday and wounded two others….
Jen Psaki: We strongly condemn the stabbings, uh, the stabbings today, in the West Bank and we deeply regret the loss of life. Our condolences go out to the victim’s family. It is absolutely critical that parties take absolutely every measure to protect civilians and deescalate tensions. Uh, we are also seeking any additional information surrounding, uh, the incident of the, uh, Israeli Arab who was shot, who was shot uh, as well uh, shot with a uh, uh, a live bullet, uh. We’re looking for information concerning this incident. We’re in touch, close touch, with the ministry of justice, and of course we urge all parties to exercise restraint….
Matt Lee: All right, I’m just going to assume that, correct me if I’m wrong but when you say all parties must show restraint, you’re talking about the, who are you talking about?
Jen Psaki: Well, we’re talking about the Israelis, the Palestinians, any who are uh, involved in these uh, eh, tension-raising, rhetoric-raising incidents.
Matt Lee: Okay, but I mean, if you’re standing at a bus stop or something and someone runs a car into you or comes up and stabs you, I don’t know how to, I mean, those people aren’t, don’t need to exercise restraint, do they?
Jen Psaki: Well, Matt, I think I’m referring to the fact that we know that there have been, there’s been rising tensions in the region that has led to some of these incidents, I think we are all aware of that (laughs)….
The exchange begins at 29:18

Awaiting Jen Psaki’s twisted moral equivalence on this latest incident.
***Further update: Well, it’s been less than 24 hours since the brutal murders in Jerusalem, and POTUS has already weighed in with his own moral equivalence:

Right Scoop: With all the terrorist attacks in Israel, this is what the State Dept. is “deeply concerned” about
With all the terrible things happening in the world, the saddest is the hatred shown the Jewish people, the “apple of God’s eye.” It is more important than ever to obey Psalm 122:6, to keep them in our prayers.
Would like to have heard a follow up question about Ferguson.
So, Israel should “show restraint” from defending itself.
Imagine the USA showing “restraint” against the Axis powers of WWII. We’d all be speaking German.
Obama was a favorite son of Rev. Wright’s Trinity Church while Wright and the church was actively organizing boycotts and divestment of Israel. Church literature (which used to be on their website, but was pulled when Obama started his presidential run) described Zionism as “racism”. That this administration has lost sight of Israel’s moral high ground and precarious existence should surprise no one.
This is going around, for whatever it’s worth.

Then move to Syria.
The rest of what you propose is ridiculous, Biggs, and will be shot down by terrorism or PC.
Interesting, but did Biggs, stand with Mark Steyn, when he was hauled before Canadian Human Rights Commissions because of a column he wrote on Muslims. Steyn only won after much time and money. CHRCs, are an assault on all freedom except the politically correct.
