CNN is under fire for their choice of headline and captioning in reporting the terrorist attack by two knife-wielding Muslims who took the lives of four Israeli worshippers (three with American citizenship) and a police officer. The headline included “two Palestinian” casualties aka the attackers. A screen capture from the broadcast stated the attack occurred at a “Jerusalem mosque.”

CNN was forced to change their morning headline after outrage ensued following the horrific terrorist attack that left 4 dead, including 3 Americans and one Briton in a Synagogue in Jerusalem.
CNN’s headline read, “4 Israelis, 2 Palestinians killed in synagogue attack, Israeli police say.”
(Just for the record, the “2 Palestinians killed” were the murderers)
Two thoughts: 1. Hitler would be proud of that approach, yes Jews died but look at how many of my soldiers died too. 2. Bush should not have stopped publishing the number of terrorists killed.
CNN just defined the phrase …..”Freudian slip”.

Neither CNN nor HLN are in my satellite provider lineup — not that I really miss either of those channels …
