Congratulations to Obama, Feinstein and all liberals for handing those responsible for September 11th a disputed, biased, incorrect and partisan “report” which will help them in their defense. History will not look kindly on what Feinstein and her Democrat cronies have done.

But this is also what happens when 13 years go by and you haven’t finished the prosecution of mass-murdering scum. Just stunning.

Via LA Times.

As defense attorneys for five alleged Sept. 11 plotters began sharing the Senate Intelligence Committee report on CIA torture with their clients in Guantanamo Bay, a U.S. military prosecutor predicted the findings will make the trial more transparent.

Army Brigadier Gen. Mark Martins, the chief prosecutor, acknowledged that last week’s release of the torture report gives the defense side the advantage of seeing their long-running complaints about torture at CIA detention sites officially documented…

The five defendants at the Cuban prison were given copies of the 500-plus page report to review in their cells, getting what is apparently their first comprehensive confirmation of the harsh interrogation techniques they endured at CIA detention facilities before being transferred to Guantanamo.

The lead defendant, Khalid Shaikh Muhammed, was waterboarded 183 times, and he and his co-defendants also were subjected to other harsh techniques, such as sleep deprivation, beatings, and being chained naked in their cells.

Some of the defendants, if not all, likely will try to use their torture as a reason for leniency to spare their lives in the death penalty case, hoping to win some sympathy from a military jury.

Just a reminder of what those who Feinstein and Obama continue to assist, have done.

Feinstein’s use of “Never Again” with regard to the “torture” report is unconscionable. Is she equating the horrors of the Holocaust with enhanced interrogation of terrorists?

Yes, “Never Forget” — neither the horror of 9/11, nor the horror of having Liberal Dems in a position of power.

To me and in my opinion, what Feinstein and all of the Senators that signed the Democrat ‘report’, her cronies, pissant sycophants and supporters in the media have done is ‘give aid and comfort’ to the sworn enemies of the United States of America.

    Plain language: Treason.

If Feinstein can get a one-sided misleading after the fact report introduced into prisoners’ defenses, shouldn’t Republicans be able to introduce facts concerning released Guantanamo detainees going back into battle against Americans?

Am I the only one that remembers in the Al Qaeda manual, it says to claim “torture” if asked any questions?

  5. strider says:

Being mostly anecdotal from detainees it would be weak in court. Feinstein might be called up to explain the methodology and the CIA would have chance to give their point of view.

I think we can expect the Government to be sued by the inmates at Guantanamo. Feinstein and company just gave the prisoners the ammunition & the Federal Judges can be expected to support them.

I have thought about this so-called “report” and due to the timing, the one sidedness….and the damage it is doing, I have decided that this has nothing to do with torture, waterboarding…losing sleep, and so on. It was released for one reason only; the corrupt Dems in the Senate are throwing a tantrum. They lost their proverbial asses in November and are trying their best to do as much damage to the country as they can before the are discarded to the ash heap of history…..
