Paycheck Fairness Act

Good. What an embarrassment this woman became. Another argument for term-limits. But, of course, this is California, which means someone as ridiculous will run and take her place. Remember, there has been some discussion that Mooch will run for that seat. Yes, we remain in the looking glass.

Via Roll Call.

California Sen. Barbara Boxer announced Thursday she will not run for re-election in 2016, opening up an attractive seat for ambitious fellow Democrats.

Boxer made the announcement in a video posted to her campaign website, in which she conducted a mock interview with her grandson Zach.

“I am never going to retire. The work is too important. But I will not be running for the Senate in 2016,” she said.

Boxer’s decision not to seek re-election means California will have an open Senate seat for the first time in more than two decades.

Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom and Attorney General Kamala Harris are potential Democratic candidates for the seat. On the Republican side, the bench is much more spare as the state as grown far more difficult for the party in statewide elections.

In other, no longer working for the gov’t news; India has finally fired a gov’t ‘worker’ who hasn’t shown up for work since Dec. 1990. WooHoo? http://www.straitstimes.com/news/asia/south-asia/story/india-government-fires-employee-who-last-reported-work-1990-20150108

For your enjoyment, this short video parodying Boxer from the genius of David Zucker.

Thinking about this, maybe Scott Brown will run for that seat.

Maybe the anesthetic absorbed in the head area for vanity plastic surgery slowly erodes the mind.
