Hey Dems:
What’s good for the goose, is good for the gander.
Or something.
Via Weasel Zippers: Chutzpah: After Shutting Down GOP Senate Amendments For 8 Years, Harry Reid Whines GOP Doing It To Dems…
I've never seen debate shut down as aggressively as when Sen. McConnell refused to allow Dems to debate their own amendments for just 1 min.

And, I found some more complaints on Twitter.
Which reminds me:
Q. What do you call a basement full of Democrats?
A. A whine cellar
Can't make this stuff up. #GOP killed my amendment that would affect #Koch Brothers & then left town for their forum: http://t.co/mTcxZoPXgc

Rather than accept reasonable request to come back in am to debate amndmnts,McConnell now tabling every D amndmnt, refusing to let Ds speak.

You had your way now you must pay. I’m glad that you sorry now.
I’d be for allowing them to make amendments, right after Reid and the Dems take an hour each to publicly allocute to the damage they did to the Constitution and the United States in the last eight years. Contrition starts with an admission of the sin. Then comes an expression (first-person, singular, and not in the passive voice) of their regret. Then comes forgiveness and full restoration as a member of the community. Until Reid and the Dems can complete those steps … well, the British have a great phrase that starts with a “B”.
Good ole dirty Harry bumped his head one too many times. Seems he forgot how his wicked witch counterpart Nancy treated the GOP in Congress when she was Speaker, by shutting off the lights in the Chamber while someone was on the floor speaking! Now, watching them get all twisted and knotted up in the briefs is #Priceless.
