Kudos to PM Benjamin Netanyahu for continuing to praise Obama in the face of outrageous WH Bibi-bashing.

And shame on our thin-skinned POTUS, who could have put on his “big-boy pants” and met with Netanyahu.

Instead, he chose to sulk, and he encouraged Dems to boycott the speech.

And after Netanyahu’s speech, the WH National Security Council put out this tweet:

Here is Netanyahu’s response:

Via NY Post: Obama administration, Netanyahu bicker on Twitter

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took the Obama administration to task Sunday for using Twitter to call his stance on Iran “wrong for 25 years.”

Asked on CBS’s “Face the Nation” whether he was offended by the Friday tweet from the White House, Netanyahu retorted: “I think it’s useful to remember who your ally is and who your enemy is.”

….The White House National Security Council tweeted a link to an opinion piece by CNN’s Fareed Zakaria that said Netanyahu’s predictions on Iran have been wrong for 25 years. Zakaria compares Netanyahu’s alternatives to a nuclear deal to a Peter Pan fantasy “utterly divorced from reality.”

On Sunday, the prime minister defended his predictions — and also responded with his own Twitter dig.

If you click through to the Zakaria article, you see plenty of user comments that intelligently and thoroughly refute his assertions. (And of course there are the usual bumper stickers and flame wars.)

While Bibi needs no help from me (he’s used to dealing with bullies), my response to the WH National Security would have simply been: “Consider your source”. But that’s just me. 🙂

Netanyahu has enough to deal with securing Israel’s existence … must he also suffer fools?

Ah, those who call evil good, and good evil; who present darkness as light and light as darkness; who present bitter as sweet and sweet as bitter! Ah, those who are so wise — in their own opinion; so clever — in their own judgment! Isaiah 50:20-21
