The American Israel Public Affairs Committee, a pro-Israel lobbying group, meets annually in Washington DC.
Every year, Obama speaks at the event.
Until now.
On Monday, Obama was “busy.” (Or, as TAM Rob W. suggested in the TAM chat room, the meeting probably interfered with his tee time.)
So, POTUS sent Samantha Powers and Susan Rice.
Here is part of Susan Rice’s speech.
And, in light of Netanyahu’s speech yesterday, her points sound naïve, illogical, and dangerous.
But the look on her face when the crowd cheers for her opposing policies?
