As I’ve noted quite often on Tammy Radio, if Fiorina thinks she can run the country, she should be able to get a TV network to do change its bizarre and unfair rules restricting her from the main debate stage. And she’s done it! She organized properly, made her case to the public, maintained and increased her surge. So, a potential blow to her campaign has been removed. Regardless of who your favorite is, this is important. It brings a perspective and depth to the debate highlighting to the American people what the real options are and what a genuine conservative sounds like. Liberals and their legacy media handmaidens (to say nothing of the GOP) would simply prefer to not have another outsider do well. Well, we did it, and she’s on!

Here are the details.

Via CNN

CNN is amending the criteria for its Republican presidential debate on September 16, possibly opening the door for Carly Fiorina to join the other top-tier candidates on the stage.

The cause: a lack of national public polling following the August 6 debate has so far provided only three new polls to determine the lineup for the Reagan Presidential Debate, according to a CNN statement.

As a result, CNN reevaluated its criteria and decided to add a provision that better reflects the state of the race since the first Republican presidential debate in August, the network announced Tuesday.

Now, any candidate who ranks in the top 10 in polling between August 7 and September 10 will be included.

The adjustment may result in additional candidates joining the top-tier debate, but the final podium placements will not be known until the eligibility window closes on September 10.

I really want to see Carly Fiorina go mano-a-mano with Donald Trump. Although I would also be satisfied if she smacked down Jeb! and the rest of the Seven Dwarves.

Finally, an amazing talented woman takes the spotlight from the chosen one who was supposed to be crowned as the first. That glass ceiling may be on its way to be shattered by someone worthy of the task.I so wanted it to be by Sarah Palin, but Carly proves she’s no second best so far.

Debate is Sept. 16. Constitution Day is Sept. 17. Ronald Reagan and the Constitution is a good match. (100 years ago, suffragettes were driving the Women’s Liberty Bell around Penn. Pic at end of link. http://www.unioncountyhistoricalsociety.org/OnceUpon/Article21.pdf)

I do not believe this would have happened without a great deal of effort on many peoples’ parts. Hat Tip to those those who wrote, called and signed petitions. Thank You!
