Michelle Obama went to Qatar to give a speech on girls education. There, the first lady of the United States complained about growing up as a girl in America.
[B]ack when I was a girl, even though I was bright and curious and I had plenty of opinions of my own, people were often more interested in hearing what my brother had to say. And my parents didn’t have much money; neither of them had a university degree. So when I got to school, I sometimes encountered teachers who assumed that a girl like me wouldn’t be a good student. I was even told that I would never be admitted to a prestigious university, so I shouldn’t even bother to apply,” Obama said at the Qatar National Convention Center in Doha.
“Like so many girls across the globe, I got the message that I shouldn’t take up too much space in this world. That I should speak softly and rarely. That I should have modest ambitions for my future. That I should do what I was told and not ask too many questions….

In March of this year, a second grade boy wrote to Michelle saying that her school lunch program had ruined Taco Tuesday, and the new pizza was bad too. Michelle replied by letter back that her school lunch program was good for all and he’ll get used to it. I guess Michelle finds it okay to tell someone to do what they’re told and not ask too many questions, as long as you apply it to a multitude.
Qatar women got the right to vote in 1999, wear the long black robe and head covering, go to segregated schools, and mostly stay home. So Michelle, how many women attended your speech?

Is this the beginning of Michelle’s campaign for political office or just a cultivation of funding sources for her vacays because Barack won’t pay for them. Did we taxpayers pay for this trip or are we getting a break? Don’t go away mad Michelle, just go away.
Poor family? According to Malkin’s book, Mooch’s father earned a 6 figure salary working for the Chicago Daley Machine. I’d say they were one of the wealthiest families from the “South Side”.
